IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.
** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.
Welcome to The Pinnacle Place Cabin!
Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, your family will feel like they’re staying in a true rustic-modern cabin-in-the-country…because they are! This 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath timber frame cabin will provide the backdrop for many lasting memories. The first floor features a combination laundry and gear storage room with a full size washer and dryer, an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a breakfast bar, heated floors, a dining table with seating for six, and a comfy living area with a hide-a-bed, a free standing wood burning fireplace, (firewood not provided) and a ¾-bath. Just outside there’s a covered wraparound porch/deck with a gas grill and eating area on one side, and a private hot tub on the other side. Ascending the wood frame staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 2-twin sized beds, a second bedroom with 2-twin sized beds, and a “master” bedroom with 1-king sized bed, plus an ensuite bathroom equipped with a soaker tub, and a small adjoining room with seating and a flat screen monitor equipped with a Blu Ray player. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly.
Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
