IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Mt. Baker Lodging Cabin #1 - A Perfect New Contemporary Family Retreat With a Hot Tub!
This new contemporary 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1 3/4-bath home is the perfect retreat for your family vacation! The first floor features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and a hide-a-bed, a generous dining area, and a gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances and granite countertops. There are two bedrooms...one of which includes a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and both of which include 1-queen size bed, as well as monitors with wireless for streaming Netflix, Pandora, and Amazon Prime* (*on your account). Separate doors allow access to the adjoining rear deck. Sandwiched between the two lower bedrooms is 1-full bath. The second floor features an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen size bed, and an adjoining 3/4-bath. An expansive window area combined with a westerly exposure lets lots of sunlight into this bright and cheery home. Just outside the rear deck is a gas grill and your own private hot tub, newly installed! This pet-friendly (2-Pets Max, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep 6 to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy). Have a larger group? This cabin pairs well with Cabin #75, located right next door!

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Beautiful location! Nice and quiet. Close to cafes in glacier and lots of hikes. The hosts were amazing and communicated so well. They made check in very easy. The cabin was well stocked and comfortable. Nice that it was dog friendly too cas those can be hard to find! And the hot tub was a nice touch. Highly recommend 🙂

We were a bit disappointed with the condition that we found the cabin in upon your departure. Although you checked all the boxes regarding check-out requirements, there was a lot (and I mean a "lot") of confetti spread out all over the cabin...requiring two additional hours of cleaning time trying to remove all of the tiny bits. We want our Guests to have an enjoyable time, but it's important to be mindful that you are staying as a Guest in someone else's home (I think that that sometimes gets lost in the equation). As such, we would have to have a conversation setting expectations before your next reservation is accepted. Respectfully, Dan

This property was amazing. The pictures show very accurately what you will find. The check-in process has all the details you need to find the place. When they say there is no signal, THERE IS NO SIGNAL. In my stay the wifi was more than enough to get us by. Loved my stay!

Really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the hot tub. Lots of boardgames, the kitchen has gas range, espresso machine, and so many different pots, pans and utensils. Can't get any closer for skiing in Mt Baker. We spent a wonderful holiday time here. Thank you.
