Mt Baker Lodging Cabin #3 - A Very Large Cabin on Acreage. Wi-Fi! Pets Ok!
The Glacier Lodge is the perfect accommodation for larger family groups. Situated on its own acreage, the lodge features a total of 12-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms on three floors that can be reserved in different configurations. The main floor features a spacious kitchen area that is perfect for group gatherings, with two large dining areas, one large living area, and a 3/4-bath, along with access to the 3rd floor which features 5-bedrooms...each with 1-queen sized bed, 1.5-baths, a laundry area with a full size washer/dryer, and a loft living area with a full size hide-a-bed, for a total of up to 12-persons. Opening up the bedroom area on the main floor provides an additional 4-bedrooms...each with 1-queen sized bed, for a total sleeping capacity of up to 20-persons. Opening-up the 1st floor adds an additional 3-bedrooms...two with 1-queen sized bed in each, and one with 1-king sized bed, a 3/4-bath, a laundry area with a full size washer/dryer, and a lounging area with a pool table, for a combined total occupancy of up to 26-persons. The outdoor park-like setting is perfect for gatherings with two covered picnic tables and an outdoor gas grill. Please contact us for reservations based upon the size of your family group. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Great place for a large multi family gathering. Well kept plenty of rooms, and good kitchen with all necessary amenities. Would recommend adding some more entertainment options for kids like foosball, board games.

We went up with 24 friends for a ski weekend and had an amazing time! The space is even nicer than advertised, beautiful and quite spacious. The kitchen had everything you would need in terms of utensils, appliances, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.. Would definitely stay again 🙂

We rented this space for a small, family elopement as we eloped up on Mt. Baker and celebrated with the family at this property. We also utilized the space as the bridal suite, central point for our celebratory brunch, socialization, and hosted multiple meals. It was perfect to host our group of 11 and provided plenty of space not only to spread out in the home, but spread out outside, as well. While it was a VERY hot couple days, the cabin stayed around 75-78 degrees on the main and lower floors. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for a larger group of ppl, and the double fridges were perfect. This property was a great space to host a family gathering, while giving people ample space to spread out or retreat to their rooms. Great space both inside and out!

Amazing place tucked away in the woods. Super-spacious hang-out area with 2 gigantic tables, open kitchen, well-distributed bedrooms and bathrooms. There's a couple pizza places nearby, a coffee-shop 3 mins away for the morning caffeine junkies, and several awesome hikes a short drive away. Overall, a fantastic venue for a get-together with friends!

Finding this place was a bit difficult, but once we found it we were pleased with the place. A very nice home that was able to accommodate my large family.

Spent two nights. Such a lovely place in the beautiful Mt Baker. Plenty of space a rooms for everyone. Stocked with everything you need for the getaway. Hikes , lake and Mt Baker are simply there in the vicinity. Would definitely recommend!
