IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:

** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Snowline Cabin #4 - A Pet-Friendly Family Cedar Family Cabin With a Private Outdoor Hot Tub!
This newer 2-story, 1-bedroom, 1-bath cozy cedar cabin is the perfect couples retreat! The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a queen size hide-a-bed, and an expansive window area. The 1st floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, and a 3/4-bath with a laundry area including a stack washer/dryer. The entire 2nd floor is a large loft sleeping area with 1-queen sized bed and one built-in twin bed...perfect for the kids! Just steps away from the cabin is a gazebo covered HOT TUB and a gas grill! This pet-friendly (2-Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 5-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Beautiful, clean cabin with gorgeous windows for snow watching, and super comfy chairs for sipping hot cocoa by the window and fire. The trundle bed/nook in the bedroom was adorable and our toddler loved it. He thought it was so cozy and fun. The cabin was toasty warm and had plenty of kitchen pots and pans, a mini bottle of olive oil, coffee grounds and more.

Kind of a bummer there's no wifi, but the ski shop 2 minutes away let us use theirs after we bought a few items. Chair 9 restaurant also had wifi but it was much slower. Definitely recommend downloading some videos onto a phone or tablet before coming if you have a little one.

My husband tried the hot tub and loved it. There was a nice selection of puzzles that our kiddo enjoyed and some DVDs too. Well maintained road to ski area --easy drive.

The code/fob gate entry for the community was pretty confusing, but maybe that was because we were really tired by the time we got there. Would stay here again for sure!

It was a great stay. A cozy cabin that was located un nature and close to a ski hill. The one thing that would make it better would be a hottub that is newer with a better jet setting. The hottub was quite old and in low grade condition. Yet, everything else was wonderful.

The perfect getaway! We stayed here because my brother was visiting from out of state so we could do some trails in the North Cascades N.P. This place exceeded our expectations. The cabin had a warm and cozy feel to it and we will definitely stay here in the future.

This was, as-advertised. Great little cabin that was well taken care of and really cozy. The neighbors were a little closer than expected, but that was not a big deal at all. The surroundings and peaceful calm all around was amazing.

Everything was clean and organized in the cabin, so everything was easy to find. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing trip away.

We came up to spend a long weekend at Baker for our 10 year anniversary planning to play in the snow. Our time spent in the cabin and the surrounding area was EXACTLY what we needed.

Cabin 4 was amazing and exceeded every expectation. The host was easy to work with and helped us out with early check in since the keys are picked up pretty far from the cabin itself on the way up the mountain.

The cabin itself was super cute, clean, and had an amazingly homey and welcoming feel. The beds were super comfortable, the living space was functional and well maintained. We made full use of the kitchen which was well equipped with everything we needed.

We got rained out from the mountain a couple days, but just spending down time at cabin 4 was everything I could have hoped for and more.
With Chair 9 (the local restaurant/bar), and hiking trails just a couple minute walk from the door of the cabin, it was amazing how convenient it all was.
Out of room to gush more or I would keep going. 10/10

Beautiful little cabin that is very conveniently located near Mt. Baker. Please be aware there is no Wi-Fi- I did not look closely enough and it became a small issue has I had a deadline. My own fault, no fault on the location! Otherwise we had a great stay.

Very nice little cabin. Plan your days ahead of time, no cell signal and no WiFi. Bring EVERYTHING you need for any meals you plan on making, there is only one tiny corner store close by with only a few essentials. If you absolutely must have it, there is WiFi in the community clubhouse. I personally enjoyed being unreachable.

While this information is provided on the property description, (so that folks can plan ahead accordingly) it never hurts to reiterate this important information. It's also important for potential Guests to know that some advance planning is required. As Grant mentions, there are no "supermarkets" in our rural wooded mountain area, so it is necessary to do the bulk of your personal shopping before you head in our direction. If you happen to run out or forget something, one of the small mom-and-pop stores will most likely have it...but as one would expect, the selection is limited. Our stay at Snowline lodge was amazing. Nice private lodge in a gated community. The bathtub was relaxing. No cell reception.

There isn't an actual bathtub, but rather a large shower. We're glad that you enjoyed it.
