Location…Location…Location! This 3-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath family vacation home is perfectly situated on the back side of Silver Lake, offering phenomenal views along with lake access via a cleared pathway leading to a suspended deck. Upon arrival, use the carport to keep dry while loading and unloading your gear!
Stepping inside on the main floor reveals a ½-bath just inside the front door…great to have after a long drive! Next, there’s a main suite bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a freestanding gas fireplace, an exterior door with private access to the rear deck and hot tub area providing awesome lake views, and an ensuite ¾-bath with a separate dual sink configuration. Then, there’s a large open and airy living/dining area with vaulted ceilings and expansive windows with terrific lake front views, and a flat screen monitor, along with a beautiful river rock wood burning fireplace (firewood provided) to cozy up to. There’s also a large dining table with eight chairs for breaking bread, sipping your favorite beverage, and playing your favorite board games together. The adjacent kitchen features upscale appliances including a dishwasher, a gas cooktop range/oven, and its own freestanding gas fireplace. There’s no need to drag your gear through the house! A separate mudroom offers a convenient outside entrance along with a full capacity stack washer and dryer to suds the duds!
Descending the staircase to the bottom floor reveals an extra-large family entertainment room with an oversized and comfy sectional couch, a pool table, a flat screen monitor, and a convenient dry bar area…all with terrific lake views! What more can you ask for?!
Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals one large bedroom with 1-king sized bed and an ensuite ¾-bath, a second bedroom with 1-king sized bed and outstanding lake views, and a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed (that’s four bedrooms in all!).
Just outside the main floor, there’s a wraparound deck with tables and chairs for just relaxing and taking it all in, a gas grill for cooking those steaks and veggies, and a private 6-person hot tub for some “aaahh time” after a long day of fun summer or winter activities. Don’t forget Fido! This pet-friendly, (2-Pet maximum…NO Exceptions) wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

** This rural vacation home is located on an unimproved road not maintained by the county. While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare using 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles accordingly. No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding road conditions, and refunds are not provided for circumstances beyond our control. **
**Satellite and Wi-Fi service is available at the cabin and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the satellite system fails to function correctly.
.** This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. Guests who ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees' actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
