Here`s a pet-friendly, home-style 2-bedroom, 2-bath, one-story ranch-style family vacation home featuring a covered front porch with a gas grill for those relaxing moments. It has all the comforts of home to make your stay cozy. Walk into a spacious living room with a stone gas fireplace and a DVD/monitor. The open kitchen and dining area easily accommodate up to 4-persons. Two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, make up the floor plan, with the master bedroom having a private bathroom en-suite and a door opening up to the back porch and private hot tub. This monitored family vacation property (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) will sleep up 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Our stay at the lodge was great! Close to Mt Baker, some coffee shops, and some restaurants. Fairly easy to get to and clean. Hot tub was a nice touch.

We generally enjoyed our stay and only have one nitpick - although the messaging I received prior to arrival mentioned having salt, pepper and olive oil, the cabin only really had a tiny bottle of olive oil. Otherwise, we had a great time!

The place was awesome, Check-in and checkout was easy and Mt Baker Lodging was great at communicating. I will note that Mt Baker Lodging mandate that guests sign a separate contract after booking which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. We understood the premise of it, which was to protect the owners, but felt it was unusual to have to sign a contract after booking a non-refundable place. (Mt Baker lodging did offer to cancel at their end if we wished)
This issue wasn’t a showstopper at all, but worth a note.

Great location and the check in process was easy and clear. The place doesn’t have much character since it’s owned by a group but it’s comfortable and the hot tub is great.

The cabin was a great basecamp for exploring the Mt Baker area, really comfortable and clean with a very peaceful outdoor space to relax in and enjoy the natural surroundings. Great stay. Lovely, well kept, comfortable space in a beautiful and quiet location. Do read the list of amenities carefully and consider what to bring and avoid last minute needs. Example, public health recommendations mean no basic kitchen essentials (oil, salt, pepper) and no extra towels for the hot tub. Stores are close for most needs and the drive to get there is part of the joy of being out the Mt Baker HWY.

This cabin was delightful! The communication was excellent with the Mount Baker lodging reservation group. We knew exactly what to expect and the frequent reminders were very helpful. We particularly loved the large kitchen and well-stocked kitchen items. They reminded us that they do not provide any spices, so be sure to bring those with you. The cabin was located relatively close to the Mount Baker ski area, where we hiked and really enjoyed the trail.

We had the best weekend staying here. Absolutely amazing scenery, close proximity to a hiking trail to a creek and view of the mountain, clean and cozy space and a hot tub surrounded by beautiful trees. We had the hot tub shut off the first night and they were quick to respond and had it fixed the next morning. Would DEFINITELY come back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Mt. Baker staying at this lodge. It was a sure treat being able to have our family of 4 and pups in-tow enjoy the surrounding wintery scene with snow still lingering. The hot tub was a perfect ending to a long day on the mountain and being able to relax in it ready to-go was convenient. We loved the decor, the quaint space that was open enough to feel like our family was comfortably at home away from home.

Great space! Super clean and a great layout. Very cozy and comfortable and great proximity to Glacier and up to Mt. Baker. We went snowshoeing with our toddler in the hiking pack up White Salmon and are stoked to visit again with our skis next time.
