** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and require the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Snowline Cabin #10 - Log Cabining At Its Best. Free WI-FI!!
This 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 3/4-bath quintessential log home is located directly across from the summer recreation area in the Snowline community and says "cabin in the mountains!". The 1st floor features an open floor plan country-style kitchen and living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a 3/4-bath, and a separate laundry area with a stack washer/dryer. The 2nd floor features one large bedroom with 2-queen size beds and a nice walk-out balcony. A second divided sleeping area features 1-set of bunk beds on each side of the divider.....great for the kids! This wi-fi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

This cabin was heavenly! It had everything we needed for the weekend & at a perfect price point. The location can’t be beat, being so close to Nooksack Falls, Picture Lake & Artist Point. There’s also an awesome pub across the street, with delicious pizza. The cabin was super clean and the hosts were friendly & very communicative - we’d definitely stay here again!

We are so thankful to the baker lodging for letting us stay at their cabin for a wonderful weekend at getaway. It was my first time staying in the area and we got to explore the beautiful mountain ?️ with some great snow and skiing. The cabin was very cozy and beautiful (inside and out). The kids loves their bunk beds and their room. I’m so sad that our vacation had to end but so excited for the next time we return. Looking forward to staying at another cabin of theirs. They were a pleasure to communicate with and super responsive.

great place to bring the family or a group of friends.
we thought this was only around a few other cabins.
however, it is more of a gated community.
really good spot if you have little kids as there were quite a few activities for the kids during 4th of july weekend.
if you looking for something a little less crowded then i would look elsewhere.
otherwise cabin was great, no one really bothered us and we pretty much kept to yourselves the whole weekend.

Love this cabin! Has great heating, games and a bunch of movies. There was actually 2 extra beds at the cabin that are not shown in the listing so that was a pleasent surprise. There are three seperate rooms, two with bunk beds so 6 beds in total. Could definitely fit more than 8 people confortably

Loved our stay with Mt. Baker Lodging - our cabin had very detailed and helpful instructions on how to get to the cabin and retrieve our keys. The cabin was extremely homey and the stay was very comfortable. Super close and easy to get to Mt. Baker ski resort.

Immaculately clean. This is a true log cabin. They are hard to find these days. It's just a short jaunt to Mt Baker for a perfect day of skiing. There is lots of fridge room. The fireplace was wonderful. We loved being able to get Netflix on the TV. We hope to stay here again next year.

This cabin is in a great spot, close to many trailheads. It worked perfectly for my group of seven, since we didn’t mind sharing rooms. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean. The wifi was spotty when multiple people were on it but was good for basic needs, and the landline was useful.

We spent a weekend here. The location is great - close to Artist point, Picture lake and not too far from Larrabee state park. The cabin is a part of a very nice and well maintained community. The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need for a great stay. It is good for a family with kids. If you plan to travel with other families, then you might not like it much because there is only one bathroom and the beds in the other bedrooms are not too comfortable. They are good for kids though. So this is a perfect place for a family vacation

The staff at Mt. Baker lodging was warm and welcoming. Snowline neighborhood was quiet gorgeous and safe. Beautiful surrounding nature walks and hikes. The log cabin we stayed at was bigger than I imagined from the pictures. There was a clean coffeemaker, microwave and toaster among the high quality stove, refrigerator and washer/dryer. Gone are the days of sharing condiments so make sure you bring your own. The small signage around the home were very helpful. Our family can’t wait to come back!
