Glacier Springs Cabin #12 - Newly Restyled - Ductless A/C and Heating - Plus EVC!
Under pride of new ownership, this newly restyled 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath family vacation cabin features a covered front porch for sipping your favorite beverage and a brand new rear deck...complete with a brand new BBQ. The first-floor living area features new furnishings, a new heat and air conditioning(!) system, a freestanding gas fireplace, and a new flat screen Blue-Ray/monitor. The combination kitchen and dining area features newer appliances (including a dishwasher), a breakfast bar and separate dinette, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. Also featured is one bedroom with a full-sized bed and one full bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a loft sitting area with a workstation, one bedroom with a brand-new king-sized bed, and another full bath. Everything is fresh, with new paint throughout! This monitored, WiFi-equipped, pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions) family vacation cabin is perfect for singles, couples, and small families alike and will sleep up to 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
