Your family will have a wonderful time making lasting memories while staying in this completely remodeled loft condo featuring all new Allen + Roth wood floors, a redesigned kitchenette with all new appliances, a full bath with all new cabinetry, and a cozy living/dining area equipped with a futon and sliding doors that lead to a nice balcony with a territorial view. Ascending the handcrafted staircase leads to a loft sleeping area complete with modern furnishings including one queen sized bed, a sofa/sitting area, a large flat-screen monitor, and two armoires offering plenty of storage for your personal items. Shared WiFi rounds out the package. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

We booked the Snowline Lodge Condo on a short notice for a weekend ski trip. Mt. Baker Lodging have been quick to respond and attentive during booking and throughout our stay. They met all our extra requests (early check-in, portable heater).
The unit had everything as described and met our needs for cooking, keeping ourselves clean and warm. It is on a second story of a somewhat outdated lodge occupied by dozens of other guests. It is quiet inside, however, due to the nearly constant flow of cars on the highway not tranquil.
The accommodations is good enough as is but overpriced for what it is. Based on previous reviews I can they have done improvements to the unit which is commendable. Rather than making the space what it isn't - by adding features and consequently raising price, it would be better to keep it more basic - which would match the building itself. There is nothing wrong with a lodge by a highway; paying over $200 for it is questionable.

While the property owners have added considerable upgrades, the nightly rates remain unchanged. You did pay a higher rate than usual because you booked last-minute for a holiday weekend where higher holiday rates and dynamic pricing both apply. You also booked through Airbnb, who adds their service fee on top of our rates. A considerable savings can be achieved in the future by booking farther out and during a non-holiday period. Many thanks for the exceptionally neat and tidy way in which you left the condo upon departure. It was truly a pleasure hosting you. We would highly recommend you to other hosts, and we look forward to seeing you again during your next visit to the Mt. Baker area 🙂 Happy Trails, Dan
