This deluxe 2-story, 4-bedroom high-bank riverside family vacation home offers lots of extras! Outside you`ll find a nice deck with a gas grill and a new private Hot Tub! Inside on the 1st floor, you`ll discover one bedroom with 1-full size bed, a 3/4-bath with a 4-person sauna, an open living/dining area with a window seat that provides a great lounging place for early morning coffee with river and mountain views, plus a freestanding gas stove, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and a primary bedroom with 1-queen size bed and a walk-out balcony, plus 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. In addition, a private entrance leads to a mother-in-law suite with a full size futon and its own private 3/4-bath. This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep 8 to 10 people (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

It’s our third time staying at this property in the fall! Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and enough space to feel cozy but not like everyone is on top of each other. Excited to stay here again! 🙂

We travelled to Maple Falls for a 30th birthday, and this was the perfect spot for it. The space was very comfortable, and the amenities worked great (hot tub, sauna). They warn you in advance that they cannot provide you with any spices/etc, but kindly gave a few dishwasher pods and laundry pods. If you plans to use these utilities, I advise bringing a few extra! The guest services team was very receptive and coordinating our stay went very smoothly.

We were attending a wedding on Mt. Baker, and the location of this AirBnb was excellent. Others in the wedding party were staying in the same community making it very convenient. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of 10. We were a bit surprised there was only dishwasher detergent, and no dish detergent as all of the dishes didn't fit in the dishwasher. There were no washclothes, and only one towel per person which was a bit inconvenient when we used the hot tub. The first night we arrived, we cooked in the oven, and there was residue on the bottom we hadn't noticed which smoked us out, but we cleaned that, and were able to use the oven after that. There was only the dishwasher detergent to clean the oven, but it worked. Each bathroom only had one small bar of soap, so bring anything else you'll need. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors we met were friendly. The location was near some excellent hiking.

There should have been washcloths at the cabin. We verified that housekeeping hadn't put them out, and have chatted with them in this regard. One bath towel is provided per occupant.
This information is included in the "preparing for your stay" component during the reservation process. Again; we're sorry that you didn't see/read it. Yes, a starter supply is bath soap is provided.
It's important to note that, in order to keep costs down, "starter supplies" of sundry items are not provided on an unlimited basis. I booked this Airbnb for a women's hiking group. It was a comfortable space to hang out in after a day in the woods. Big kitchen with a full-sized fridge. Enough hot water. Comfy living room space. The beds were all comfortable. We're already discussing booking it again for next year.

Our group of nine had a lovely stay at the cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and sauna and the location was excellent ~30 mins from Mt. Baker. They also let us check in early, which was really nice. The house is definitely quirky, feeling like it's straight out of the 70's. I think a few small improvements would make a huge difference. For instance, their pillows and linens were quite old, and they only provided nine towels for the whole weekend. They were kind enough to drop off three more towels upon request but we still had to do one load of laundry (showers and hot tubbing) to have fresh towels on day 2 and 3. With that said, the hosts were very responsive and I would recommend to others!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Very clean and was exactly what we needed. In a quiet area that felt secluded, but a short walk to the clubhouse area. Would definitely stay again!

Great location close to my Baker and easy check in/check out! Home had everything we needed and the hot tub/sauna were an added treat! We would have loved to use the facilities (pool/tennis courts) but it looked like there was a fine for non homeowners so we found other things to do. Great stay!

Amazing stay at the cabin! It's beautiful and clean; the hot tub and campfire pit is definitely a bonus (plus, they've got plenty of firewood in the cabin storage!). Staff were also great and provided recommendation for trails around the area. Highly recommended and will stay there again. Thank you for hosting!
