Glacier Springs Cabin #21 - This Pet-Friendly Family Vacation Home Says Cabin in The Country!
Your family will have a delightful time in this 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath log cabin with a natural pine interior. The first floor features a large, open, and airy kitchen/dining/living area with a dishwasher, vaulted ceilings, complimented by a wood stove, (firewood provided), and a breakfast bar. There is one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 2-twin sized beds, and one full bath augmented by a laundry cubby with a full-size washer/dryer. The second floor features a loft sitting area, a primary bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and an adjoining full bath. Exterior features include a wrap-around deck and an enclosed summer porch. This Wi-Fi-equipped, pet-friendly (2-Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
** Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

** This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Thank you for the lovely weekend stay! The cabin was beautiful and it was so nice to have a wood burning fireplace to come back to after a fun day playing in the snow! Mt. Baker lodging was incredibly helpful when we discovered Mt. Baker Highway was closed due to a fallen utility pole in the roadway. Diana took the time to send me alternate route maps and the office even stayed open late to accommodate travelers who were running late. Will definitely stay again! 🙂

This cabin was a great stay! perfect location to Mt Baker Ski area! Loved coming back to the cabin after a fun day in the snow. The location felt private and serene. The cabin was well stocked and extremely clean. The host gave very clear check in instructions and directions to the cabin. Would stay here again.

Perfect cozy A-frame with great amenities (the kitchen is very well-stocked and the rooms are all super nice). Secluded but only a short drive from some cute towns, no wi-fi meant we were able to disconnect and the inclusion of a landline as well as its walking-distance proximity to a number of other cabins meant that we always felt safe in our little bungalow. Nearby a nice hiking trail, and the nature was beautiful. Highly highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. It’s a cozy cabin that’s loved and welcoming the moment you arrive. A short walk had us next to beautiful fresh spaces and a delightful river walk. Especially nice at sunset.
We really enjoyed local eateries...‘north fork’ is decadent on atmosphere and amazing brews. And don’t miss heliotrope on your way back from mount baker. The ban mi is a conversation stopper.
Come! Ease up...and really enjoy yourself alone or with company. Fair warning...when the mountain beckons, it will engulf your soul.

This was one of the best appointed homes we’ve ever stayed in. Especially in the kitchen, quality stuff! We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The Canyon Trail is beautiful.

Super clean cabin with lots of space to spread out. Nice neighborhood trail along the river.
We hadn’t realized there was no wifi and wished we had looked up some places to eat ahead of time... but we enjoyed disconnecting and spending time outside.
