Now with a brand new hot tub! Your family will have a truly enjoyable holiday experience while staying in this very stylish 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2-bath mountain home! From the heated floors to the jetted bathtub to the higher-end countertops to the upscale appliances and furnishings; this cabin won’t disappoint. The first floor features an open living/dining/kitchen area with a dishwasher, a built-in microwave oven, a French door refrigerator, an island workstation/breakfast bar, a dining table, an electric reclining couch and loveseat, a freestanding gas fireplace to cozy up to, a large flat screen monitor, one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, one full bath complete with a jetted tub, plus outside access to a covered front porch…perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage, and access to a large platform deck with a gas grill and a new hot tub through the rear entrance...perfect for picnicking and entertaining! Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a third bedroom with 1-full size bed, plus another full bath. Don’t forget Fido. This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions), Wi-Fi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Nice place, beautiful surroundings, and awesome hot tub and back yard to see the Perseid meteor showers. Great jumping off spot to do a hike around Chain Lakes Loop. Definitely want to come back sometime to go skiing at Baker!

Quick recommendations / suggestions - Keep the kitchen at least stocked with dishwasher detergent and dish soap liquid at the sink - Most people don't think that they'd have to bring that to a cabin like this.

Also, if you have young kids or light sleepers, just know that some of the doors creak pretty loudly. Nothing that a little WD40 couldn't fix but also, not something that most people travel with.

Starter supplies of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash/garbage, and an array of cleaning supplies are provided. They are kept in a higher cabinet for child safety. We always leave that particular cabinet door open, so that our Guests can view it upon their arrival. We apologize that you didn't see it. We'll mention the "squeaky doors" to maintenance so that the hinges can be properly lubricated. Please know that when ever issues arise, we are just a quick phone call away. We loved our short getaway to the Mt. Baker cabin, the home was beautiful and the perfect spot if you're planning to head up towards Mt. Baker. All of our questions were answered very quickly and the home was very cozy. We loved cooking meals in the kitchen and eating out on the back deck.

So many gorgeous hikes. It’s remote so go prepared. The grocery store in town is a gem. My only rec for this place is to bring your own blow dryer and wine opener. Hot tub was wonderful. You might want to bring some lounge chairs too for outside.

Went for a ski weekend with family and friends. Loved it. Had a nice amount of space for the amount of people we had.

There were a few things like the fireplace not starting. I can’t say if they were responsive, because I told them when dropping of the key. The house was heated enough that we never bothered to lite it after the failed attempt the first night.

We had a great time staying here! We had a group of 8 and slept very comfortably. It’s a great location if you are looking to ski at Baker! And a fun walk to chair 9!
There were not 8 seats around the dinning room table which made family meals a little difficult and living room was similar too.
The walls are also pretty thin, so whenever one person wakes up and starts cooking, everyone can hear it.
This place worked great for our group! We loved using the grill and hot tub!

We loved our stay at this cabin. It was the perfect fit for seven adults. We were super close to Mt. Baker which was nice after a day of skiing. Would recommend this place is you are looking for a weekend ski trip.

This is a great cabin for a family or group of friends! The beds are good quality and there are abundant pillows and linens. (We swapped out the flannel for cotton). The kitchen is well equipped with non food items (no spices or any other food). The front deck is very handy for clearing off snow before entering. The fireplace and tv are great after an activity. The tv is equipped with “guest roku” and there is a good selection of dvds to watch. Enjoy yourselves!

Mt Baker Lodging rescued our vacation by finding us new accommodations when the cabin we were supposed to stay in had no power or heat (which was beyond their control).

We stayed at cabin #22 for 2 nights and 3 days and greatly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was sparkling clean and appeared to be newly built. Great location, clean towels, linens, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and on the porch swing. The cabin is located in a gated community where you can walk around with little kids without worrying about fast traffic. There is media and games available. There is a short trail right outside the cabin that leads to the river and it was lovely to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and lovely views of the mountains. Getting to the cabin was slightly tricky as google maps doesn't take you to the exact spot and the map provided to us at the time of check-in also didn't help. We made sure to get our own food and condiments (including salt & pepper) as the cabin doesn't provide it as per their policy. Wifi was spotty.
