This 2-story, 3+ bedroom, 1 3/4-bath cabin has everything that you need, including air-conditioning. Entering through the side entrance into the mudroom, you’ll discover a stack washer and dryer and plenty of gear storage space. Proceeding a bit further, you’ll be very pleased with the well laid out full bath. Adjacent to that, there is one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, a dresser, and a padded bench. Just beyond the bedroom is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar/prep station with two bar stools. Just beyond that is a dining area equipped with a table and seating for six, and an adjoining living area with comfy furnishings, a flat screen monitor, and a gas river rock fireplace to cozy up to. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a small loft with 1-twin sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-full sized bed, a small closet and a chest of drawers, and a third bedroom with 1-twin-over-full sized bunkbed (perfect for the kiddos!) and a chest-of-drawers. The two upper bedrooms are flanked by a ¾-bath. Just outside, you’ll discover a large wrapround platform deck (perfect for entertaining!) including a gas grill and an outdoor hot tub…all flanked by a partial privacy fence that provides an aura of seclusion. This wifi equipped* and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera the photography is unsurpassed year-round!Â
