IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Snowline Cabin #25 - A Great Country Style Family Cabin With a Hot Tub, Pet Friendly, and WiFi!
Here is an architect-designed 2-story country-style family vacation home with a great open floor plan. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, dining nook, a cozy living room, vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), and 1-full bath with a claw foot tub. The 2nd floor is an open loft sleeping area featuring 1-queen sized bed, 1-set of standard bunk beds, 1-futon, a 1/2-bath, and a small balcony with great views. Out back, there is a private gazebo covered hot tub and a gas grill! This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

This is such a cute little cabin! My partner and I stayed for a weekend getaway with our two dogs near Mount Baker and had such a relaxing weekend. We spent a good portion of our weekend watching movies (on my tablet because the only tv is up in the loft) cozied up by the wood burning fireplace in front of the huge picturesque window. You are relatively close to other cabins but it really doesn’t feel like it with all of the giant pines surrounding the property. The hot tub was a nice bonus and you are perfectly blocked from neighbors. The cabin had TONS of puzzles and old DVDs for entertainment. Check-in and Check-out we’re a breeze. We can’t wait to go back!

The only aspect we didn’t love was the shower - the shower head pelts water at you making for a pretty uncomfortable showering experience. Hopefully, this is changed soon. Otherwise, just be mentally prepared!

This stacked house with its big windows and wooden stairs to the loft is just the place to watch a cold sleet outside, stoke the fireplace, and warm up in the hot tub. It might be tight for a full 7, but it was spacious and comfortable for two guests and two dogs, plenty of dishes and mugs in a functional kitchen and fun throwback books, puzzles, and movies for cozying up on the futons after a chill autumn day outside. We loved our visit and look forward to the next one!

beautiful clean cabin! felt like we had no neighbors, and the hot tub was gorgeous! Very clean, and incredibly cozy. We wanted to be close to Mt Baker and will definitely stay again next time!

Had a great weekend here in this picturesque cabin in the woods with some childhood friends. Wonderful covered hot tub, and great big beautiful windows looking out amidst the trees. This was a great weekend get away from the city!

The house was in a gorgeous neighborhood and was super clean and inviting! Immediately felt like home and the hot tub was everything you could ask for. The house was labeled everywhere so you knew exactly what switch turned on what light and we LOVED that!

We always love staying at MT Baker Lodging rentals! The homes are always clean, wifi is always good, they make our stays very comfortable.

This house was no different. The hot tub is covered and has an INCREDIBLE view. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the tv upstairs- which meant downstairs was family time. Thank you again! Can’t wait to come back.

The cabin was clean and very beautiful. I do wish there were blinds/actual curtains in the bathroom and bedroom for privacy. I felt like anyone could see me changing and I felt uncomfortable about that. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning sometime in the future.

Wonderful spot! We had such a fabulous time close to the mountains and in the woods. The hot tub is incredible and an absolute highlight. Huge windows are stunning and make the space feel bright.

This place was perfect for a quick trip to the mountains. It is close to Mt. Baker and the Sno Park for a full day of outdoor activities. The cabin was ideal for unwinding in the evening - the hot tub is picturesque and very clean. The kitchen had enough supplies to make all of our meals. Overall we were very happy with the cabin and would stay again!
