** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Mt. Baker Lodging - Cabin #26 - A 2-story Family Vacation Cabin With a Real Cabin-in-the-Woods Feeling. Now With WIFI!
This 2-story home has a real "cabin-in-the-woods" feel. The main floor features a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, 1-full bath, an open living/dining area, a gas insert fireplace, and one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, one bedroom with 1-full sized bed plus 1-set of standard sized bunk beds, and a 3/4-bath. A daylight basement features a foosball table, and a wonderful deck with a private HOT TUB and a gas grill providing spectacular mountain views! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function properly.

**While this property is not pet-friendly for guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this into consideration and reserve accordingly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Beautiful location, very close to Mt. Baker and good hikes. Quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was greatly enjoyed by all, ages 6-73. Kitchen was well-equipped, living room was comfortable and had room for all of us to eat at a big table. Really nice spot.

Overall, everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Also, we checked in after hours with multiple cars coming from Canada (so our phones didn’t have service in Washington) which made things a little bit tricky because there is a gate at the entrance to the complex. The first car to arrive collected the fobs to the gate and the subsequent cars needed a note at the entrance so that they knew which number to dial to reach the house and open the gate. Knowing the number to dial ahead of time would have been great, but there are a lot of check-in instructions so maybe I missed it!

wat een geweldige locatie!
prima geregeld, van alle gemakken voorzien, en een top plek voor hikes in Mount Baker area. Communicatie verloopt vlot. Het kost best veel geld maar wij, familie van 5 volwassenen vonden het het geld absoluut waard. Let op met inleveren sleutel in dropbox, info was ons niet helemaal helder en daarom verkeerde box gebruikt
( wat vreemd is want één van ons is een native speaker…)

Mt. Baker Lodging was an incredibly easy and responsive group to work with. Every question answered quickly, which made our stay easy to prep for. This cabin was a great location for staying in the Mt. Baker area. It is very well shaded, which helped as the temperatures rose some in the area. It has some quirks, and you should be aware that you have to carry all your items in up some stairs, but otherwise it is a very functional and relaxing space. The Snowline community is a great area, that is very quiet and there is a great trail that takes you right down to the Nooksack river which is a beautiful.

We had a great time in cabin #26 for Mother’s Day weekend. The cabin was super cozy, cute, clean, and we loved the hot tub! The game room was fun too with a foosball table and dart board! The cabin had an Xbox, lots of dvds and several board games to keep everyone having fun!

I loved the layout of this cabin! We had a total of 5 adults, 2 kids and a baby and there was plenty of room for everyone. Originally we had a different cabin booked but the host contacted us when they found out the hot tub was broken (while getting that cabin ready for our stay). They were quick to respond with lots of options and cabin 26 was one of them. They handled this little snaffu super professionally.

Great place to utilize after hiking around mt baker. Close to town and cozy. We loved cooking in the small but stocked kitchen, sitting by the warm fireplace and watching a dvd and soaking in the hot tub!

Absolutely LOVED this cabin! I want It for my own! Had a girls weekend with 6 girls and still had so much room. Hot tub was amazing & everything was spotless!! Definitely will be coming back again & highly recommend! It’s definitely a “old cabin in the woods” feel; amazing!
