** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

This 2-story home has a real "cabin-in-the-woods" feel. The main floor features a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, 1-full bath, an open living/dining area, a gas insert fireplace, and one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, one bedroom with 1-full sized bed plus 1-set of standard sized bunk beds, and a 3/4-bath. A daylight basement features a foosball table, and a wonderful deck with a private HOT TUB and a gas grill providing spectacular mountain views! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function properly.
**While this property is not pet-friendly for guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this into consideration and reserve accordingly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
