Glacier Springs Cabin #27 - The Brocante Chalet
A “brocante” is a French term for a flea market, antique fair, or shop specializing in the sale of second-hand, vintage, and antique items, typically curated by professional dealers. As you step inside the Brocante Chalet, you’ll be immediately awestruck with all that this 2-story, 3+ bedroom, 1 ½-bath family vacation cabin has to offer.
Upon entering through the mudroom, you’ll discover a full-sized washer/dryer, and plenty of gear storage space. Next, there’s a convenient ½-bath adjacent to a bedroom with 1-queen sized bed. Then, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with abundant cabinets and plenty of beautifully crafted counter space, including a breakfast bar with three barstools.
The kitchen overlooks the dining area with a good-sized table and eight chairs…perfect for playing cards and board games, and a living room with vaulted ceilings, two comfy couches, an electric fireplace, and a flat-screen monitor. French doors lead to the rear wraparound deck with a partially fenced hot tub and a gas grill.
Ascending the wood and wrought iron staircase from the living room to the second floor reveals a large ¾-bath, one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, another bedroom with 2-twin sized beds…both with ample closet space, and an open loft sleeping area with 1-full sized bed and a movable partition.
Don’t forget Fido! This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM…No Exceptions), wifi-equipped*, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
