From the new laminate and tile flooring to the new countertops, refinished cabinetry and shelving, to the new appliances, fixtures, and furnishings, there’s nothing not to like about this significantly refreshed 2-story, 3-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath family vacation cabin. Upon entering, you’ll discover a mud room with a full-size washer and dryer, an open living/dining floorplan with a dining table that provides seating for eight, a new cozy and comfortable sectional couch facing a rock encased gas fireplace, and a flat-screen monitor, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all new appliances including a dishwasher, new countertops, and refinished cabinetry, plus one bedroom with 1-full sized bed and one full bath with all new tile floors, accents, new cabinetry and fixtures. There’s a slider off of the living room that accesses a nice-sized deck, complete with a gas BBQ…because it’s always grillin’ season! Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 2-queen-sized beds, a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and a private balcony for taking in Mt. Baker’s majestic scenery. There’s a brand new ensuite 3/4 bathroom complete with double vanities. This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, No exceptions) WiFi* equipped, EV charger equipped, and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Well-maintained cabin close to Mt. Baker! Our group of 8 adults and 2 kids spent 3 wonderful days here. The amenities were exactly as described, and the hosts were incredibly helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the bathroom. Overall, a fantastic stay!

This review is for Mt Baker Lodging, not the actual place listed. The place we had originally rented had burst pipes due to extreme cold weather. Mt. Baker Lodging was extremely proactive and called us to let us stay at another property that had everything we needed. The place was clean and easy to find. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would rent through Mt. Baker Lodging again.

We had a great time at the cabin! There was more paperwork involved than usual since this is managed by a company rather than a host. The cabin was quite dated but very cozy! It was clean and we had no issues with check in/out! We would totally stay here again!

great stay! clean and very comfortable (beds and sheets were better than I'd expect from an airbnb). Nostalgic decor made it feel very homey and cosy. Noise travels easily in the house, but it didn't affect anyone's sleep (including my 1.5 yr old) just enough to be conscious of how much walking around we did upstairs while ppl were sleeping

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The cabin was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the streaming services provided. The location is great - near a lot of excellent places for hiking and, of course, Mt. Baker itself. We also liked that the town of Glacier was close by, where we found a great coffee place - Wake & Bakery, and also a wonderful restaurant, Heliotrope.

Our stay wonderful. The scenery is amazing. The cabin fit our group of 10 well. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the assortment of games and movies provided.

Potential renters should know that after you have booked, Mt. Baker Lodging will provide information about what in the cabin. They will provide starter packs of dish soap, hand soap, detergent, and toilet paper but be prepared to have extra of these things depending on your group size.

Lovely little spot to explore the area!!

Situated in a small neighborhood of other cabins that's an easy drive in/out, this place is conveniently located to many breathtaking hikes and some great local flavor establishments. We h ad everything we needed with regard to linens, kitchen gear, comfy (and abundant) beds, etc. My siblings and I took our very active father for a weekend mountain trip for his 60th, and he especially enjoyed the "blast from the past" vibe of the place 😉

Communication was clear and check-in was great. Mt. Baker Lodging was very friendly and helpful and made us feel super welcome to the area.

FYI, definitely make sure every vehicle in your party has access to the *non-GPS/Google based*, written directions beforehand! The downloaded Google Map directions aren't exact and this area really is out of cell range (the WiFi in the cabin was great in helping us communicate with the other part of our party though).
