This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home is nestled away in the woodsy area of Glacier Springs. Walking in from the main door, you'll find a cozy living area with a futon, a free-standing wood stove (firewood provided), and a flat-screen TV with a DVD Player. Just behind the living room is the kitchen with a breakfast bar / island, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a sliding door that goes out to the nice covered porch. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are 2 hallway bathrooms, 1 is a 1/2 bath, and the second a 3/4 bath. Just outside is a hot tub and a gas grill. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), Wi-Fi, and hot tub equipped monitored family home will sleep 6 - 8 persons (ENFORCED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Great little cabin to stay in! We stayed here because it was only 30mins away from Mt. Baker. The place had great amenities that we were able to use; hot tub and grill. Though they did only provide 2 paper towels for our 3 day stay and we did a lot of our own cooking at the house. I recommend packing your own bathing necessities; shampoo, body wash, etc because that was also limited. The kitchen was fully stocked with things that you can use to cook which is great!

our group had a great stay at this chalet. the kitchen had everything we needed and the barbecue was fantastic - no lighting issues! due to a temporary issue, we were asked to bring our own water; this was well communicated

We lived our stay here. Mt. Baker Lodging was great to work with. The hot tub was great, the grill worked well, and the space was very nice. The king bed is VERY soft with memory foam, the other beds less so. The kitchen was well equipped for 2 people but for a larger group it may be a little lacking in dishes. Truly beautiful forest surrounding, peace and quiet! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, we had a few issues with your stay and, in fairness, you paid for them without question, but they were issues none-the-less. First; the hot tub lid lifter (which was in good condition prior to your visit) was forced open and completely broken in half. Because of the time element involved in ordering, receiving, and installing a replacement, this caused an inconvenience for the next in-coming Guests. One of the house keys was lost during your stay and, since this created a security issue, the locks had to be rekeyed. The cabin itself was left in substandard condition and considerable additional cleaning was required. It's very important to remember that while you are a paying Guest...you are just that, a Guest, staying in someone else's private residence. Treating their home as a "party house" is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately as a result, we will not be hosting you again, and can not in good faith recommend you to other hosts. The location is superb! We've wanted to ride Baker for years and really scored some deep cold pow! The cabin itself is great, we lost power for a day after about 20" of snow and I imagine dozens of fallen trees around the power lines (nature is in charge up there!), but there was plenty of seasoned firewood and even a whole woodcutting box filled with a chopping block, maul, and hatchet to cut kindling. The stove kept us plenty warm while we didn't have power, and I should mention the low that night was a few ticks below zero fahrenheit. The hot tub is huge, easily an 8 person tub without feeling too cozy. There were a handful of fun dvds and even a where's Waldo book that had everyone excited. I'd certainly recommend!

Everything in order, hot tub ready to go and small Christmas tree decoration very nice touch. With the kitchen fully outfitted we easily cooked extensive meals we had planned. Very quiet location with lovely forested views out picture windows in dining, living and main suite. This cozy cabin accommodated our family Christmas getaway complete with dusting of snow! Certainly will visit again.

Great spot to stay when wanting to explore mt. Baker! It was perfectly located between maple falls and glacier in a really nice community. We got pizza at chair 9 down the road, highly recommend! The hot tub was really nice and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could ever need and it was very clean. We will be back!
