Snowater Condo #31 - A Beautifully Decorated 2-Story Family Condo with WiFi Sleeps-4. Close to Community Amenities!
This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, beautifully decorated townhouse-style condo is a great place for 4! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1- king-sized bed and 1 full bath, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an open living/dining area with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood NOT provided), and a small balcony overlooking the common area. The 2nd floor features a loft master bedroom with 1 full-sized bed, 1 full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is available at the cabin and is provided FREE OF CHARGE for guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the satellite system fails to function correctly.

** This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions and are well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

This was a good - but very basic - place to stay in the Snowater condos resort. It’s more spacious than some others we’ve stayed in in the same community - but be aware the second bedroom is a loft, there is a curtain but not much privacy. Additionally you will need to stock cooking basics yourself (salt, pepper, oil etc. and market hours nearby are limited). Otherwise a great home base for Mt Baker, and the community itself has lots of amenities for days/nights not spent in the mountains.

You are absolutely correct...as depicted in the photos, the second floor bedroom is a loft, as are all two story condos located within the Snowater complex.
The condo comes equipped with a "spice bag" (positioned on the kitchen counter in plain view) that includes items such as salt, pepper, coffee, cooking oil, etc. We're sorry that you didn't see it. A quick call or e-mail to our office during your stay (the condo is equipped with both a land line and wifi) and we would have been more than happy to assist you. We hope that you had an opportunity to take advantage of the indoor fireplace and dishwasher and the new washer/dryer during your visit. Not only the perfect spot to start exploring the area, but a also a fun spot for the whole fam to enjoy with all the amenities! We loved the access to the swimming pool/jacuzzi, racquetball courts, playgrounds, and little kids play room with books. Reminder no A/C, so maybe hot during a heat wave, but we were comfortable with the two fans and open windows in August. Overall we highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids!

The place was great. We visited during extreme heat in the region but the place cools down quite a bit in the evening. There are tons of condo amenities but we didn't get a chance to take advantage of them. The walk by the river is also great.
