Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #32 - A Cute, Private, 2-Story Family Cabin!
Here's a cute private 2-story, 3-bedroom, pet-friendly family cabin with 1.5-baths! The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a breakfast bar plus a dining table, a wood stove (firewood provided), a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a 3/4-bath. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and one bedroom with 1-twin sized bed, plus 1-full sized bed, a walk-out balcony, and a shared 1/2-bath. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 7-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Pets Ok / NO Wi-Fi / NO Hot Tub / NO Smoking

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

This cabin didn’t have internet but was really cozy and clean. We did the check in at the mt baker lodging office so that was a whole lot easier than doing it without a person. They did make us clean all the dishes and put everything away with taking the trash out to the neighborhood trash drop off. You’ll have to plan time to clean up the place on your way out.

Yes, we do require our Guests to wash their dirty dishes (dish soap provided) and remove their trash, as the cabin is located in a heavily wooded mountain area with lots of critters...we don't want them getting into the cabin. Great spot to stay. Just be sure to send directions and such to other guests early since you won’t have service or wifi out there.

Our stay was fantastic. The cabin is in a great location to the mountain and we really enjoyed the old school feel of everything. They had plenty of games and movies to keep us all entertained like old times where we were able to put away our phones and enjoy our time together.

We had such a lovely time here! The cabin was clean, very cute, and so cozy. While no service/WiFi made planning ahead for our hikes more important, our group considered the chance to be off the grid as a big bonus. The location was perfect for close proximity to hikes and while we didn’t go into town for anything, easy access to glacier to pick up anything you need.

We came for some summer hiking in the area with a few friends and had a great stay. The location was wonderful, the tips for hikes were great and the place was super cozy and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!
