** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Snowline Cabin #34 - Great English Tudor-Style Family Vacation Home With a Private Hot Tub and WiFi!
This 3-story, 2+ bedroom, English Tudor-style home is very tastefully decorated. The exterior includes a large 2-tier deck with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The 1st floor lower area bedroom/game room features a queen-sized futon and a ping pong table. The main floor interior floor plan features a combination laundry/mud room and 3/4-bath, a cozy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen/dining area including a dishwasher, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a built-in gas fireplace, and one full bath en-suite. The 2nd-floor loft/living area features a queen-sized futon, a DVD-VCR/monitor, a walk-out balcony, one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, and a 3/4-bath en-suite. This family vacation property will sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Our group really appreciated having a base to stay at during a weekend ski trip. The check in and check out were extremely streamlined and the easiest I’ve had so far for Airbnb.

The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The host provided a spotless home with many amenities like coffee for the coffee maker, plenty of extra linens and pillows, etc.

The folks at Mount Baker Lodging were great to work with. They do mention this, but be aware that cell coverage/wifi is spotty so be prepared with directions etc. before you arrive.

This house was a fun fit for our family. WE especially enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub after skiing. The kitchen is well stocked, but no condiments as stated. The beds are comfy and the showers are hot. Enjoy!

Great stay. Perfectly set up for a ski trip weekend with friends. Only thing of note is that it actually had more amenities than the AirBNB page said it would! Ex, there were towels, linens, salt and pepper. cleaning supplies, well-stoked kitchen equipment, even little shampoo/conditioner/soaps in bathrooms. The Mt. Baker Lodge website is a bit more accurate in terms of what the house is stoked with. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Great lodge for a Baker ski trip with friends. Plenty of spaces to hang out after a day on the slopes. Great activities, including ping pong and an old PS2 which brough back some fun memories. Would definitely stay here again!

Another fantastic stay at one of Mt. Baker Lodging's cabins! The house had everything we needed, we really enjoyed the hot tub. We also found a nice trail along the Nooksack River a block and a half away from the cabin and thoroughly enjoyed it. The game room downstairs had a lot of fun old vintage books that we had a great time thumbing through.

Great ski cabin, well loved, with good beds on a quiet street in snow line. Loved the hot tub in back next to the stream.

We stayed in the cabin for 6 nights, on a hiking based vacation. We used the kitchen, bbq, hot-tub, laundry, and pretty much all parts of the cabin. Everything worked well; just as advertised.

The view out the back windows is gorgeous, ferns and trees abound.

This cabin is set up for vacation rentals, and has been for a long time. That said, there are still touches from the original owner, like large collection of fiction novels.

The only trouble I had was for 20 minutes, with Wi-Fi. The network and password in the Air BnB materials did not work. I called the service team and they advised to use the network name and password from the bottom of the DSL modem instead. After that, the WiFi worked well. It’s slow (sometimes cannot stream video), but could browse hiking websites and review online maps in preparation for hiking adventures.

It worked absolutely fantastically as a hiking hub. Most of the regions best hikes are within 45 minute drive of this cabin (Chain Lakes, Hannegan Pass, Skyline Divide, Yellow Aster Butte). It was nice to not have to drive far to get great hikes, and then have a hot tub to soothe sore muscles afterward!

Our stay with Mt Banker lodging was pretty great. Check in is easy, we arrived after hours, you just have to stop by the office before you get there. Worth noting, the office is about ~15 minutes away in a neighboring town on your way in! Dont go all the way to the airbnb. The host was great about communicating this very clearly in the instructions.

Aside from that the place nice overall. Furniture had some wear, nothing major enough to detract from the experience. FYI there are no spices or oils available for cooking, COVID concerns cited, bring your own.

The hot tub did not work while we were there, that was a major bummer, but Im sure the host will get have it fixed shortly.

We had a great time spending my birthday weekend in the cabin. Lots of space, clean, WiFi and a great home base if you’re hitting the ski area!

The hot tub was the only issue we experienced. Please, if you suggest a 7-8 guest home, at least have a hot tub that can hold more than 2-3 people. The control panel was flooded with just 3 people in it, which caused the hot tub to stop working. (This was confirmed at the office before arriving)

Other than that, it’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back for future trips! Great service and hospitality. 5/5 for sure!

The hot tub at the cabin is designed to hold up to 6-persons at one time. As one might expect at a private home, it is not a large commercial/communal type hot tub, so the capacity is limited. When too many people try to use the tub at one time causing the water to overflow, it can cause water to penetrate the control panel and flood the inner workings of the tub. This causes the breaker to trip. Common sense usage is a key element here. Aside from that, we would like to thank you for the neat and tidy way in which you left the cabin upon departure.
