This tastefully decorated main-floor studio condo includes a combination living/kitchenette/bedroom area with 1- full-sized bed, a private balcony, and 1 full bath. Nicely equipped at a budget price! This monitored vacation property will sleep up to 2-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

We had a wonderful stay at Mt. Baker Lodging! That part of the state is packed full of gorgeous hike options and this condo is central to all the outdoor adventures. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable! If you read the emailed instructions, the check-in process is straight forward. I recommend downloading the instructions and directions prior to arriving as cell service is non-existent in the area. The Wi-Fi at the condo helps you reconnect to the outside world if you need to. I would recommend Mt. Baker Lodging!

Cozy little room that is close to Mt. Baker! It is a pretty basic room but is all you need for a weekend ski trip, and the kitchenette is handy for cooking meals (though small).

Some fyis that might be helpful for other guests:
-I was a little chilly in the room even with the heater on, so if you are coming in winter months and run cold like I do, plan for that.
-Location was great to access Mt. Baker!
-There is a French Press and coffee grinder in the room, but no drip coffee maker.
- There was guest Wifi that was reliable, but otherwise I didn't get a signal at all in the area.
- Check-in and check-out was easy and well-explained.

Upon checking subsequent to your departure, it doesn't appear that you had the heating component turned on on the electric fireplace, so that would definitely make the condo colder when the outside temps are in the 30's and 40's. With the heating element turned on, the heat from the fireplace will practically run you out of the unit. There is indeed a coffeemaker, but due to overall size constraints on the kitchenette counter top, the coffeemaker is kept in the cabinet under the sink. We're sorry that you didn't see it. We're happy to hear that the wifi was behaving during your stay, as that is not always the case.
