Snowater Condo #38 - A Great Mountain Family Retreat!
This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse-style condo is a wonderful mountain family retreat! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 2 sets of standard-sized bunk beds, a 1/2- bath, a fully equipped galley-style kitchen including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony. The 2nd floor features a primary bedroom with 1 king-sized bed, 1 full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

We had a great time! The location is just outside the national park, so it's ideal for visiting Mt Baker. I slept in the King bed, and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool and tennis court. The kitchen has a good amount of gear, and we cooked several meals there. I read ahead of time about needing to bring my own spices, so I was prepared. We also loved Chair 9 Pizza, which is very close.

The property was as advertised. The check in was easy and the key drop was convenient. Communication was good.

This is a great launching location for hiking on Mt Baker hwy. We also appreciated the white water rafting suggestion. We had a blast!

We enjoyed the pool, tennis court, basketball hoop, and pickle ball court at Snowater.

If you like it cool like me, I suggest you bring your own fans. The property came with space heaters, but not fans. It is stuffy in there in the afternoon or after using the oven.

This place was really nice. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Good communication where to pick up the keys and a convenient drop box for the keys at the local store. The area is very nice with the river right next to the condos with a nice trail along the river. There is no cell or internet service so be sure to have all the information you need saved on your phone. It’s a gated community so if you are meeting other guests coming at a different time, it’s best to set a time to meet them at the gate or meet them at a local spot. We ate outside at Chair 9 and it was delicious. The condo itself was very nice and you could hear the river if you had the window open.
