Snowater Condo #41 - A Spacious Family Condo With Wi-Fi, a Private Sauna, and a Soaker Tub
This spacious, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, ground-floor condo is a secluded family getaway! Features include a primary bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a private walk-out balcony, 1-full bath with a large soaker tub, a separate combination shower and sauna room, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a third bedroom with 2-sets of standard-sized bunk beds, another full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, a large dining area, a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace, (firewood NOT provided) and an additional walk-out balcony with peek-a-boo river views. All this, plus great Snowater amenities, at a great price! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

We really loved this condo. It had everything we needed. While I’m the listing they share there are no spices or oil, upon arrival there is a small gift basket with a mini olive oil, salt and pepper and detergent. That was a really nice and helpful touch.
We enjoyed hanging in the living room, walking the trails, swimming in the pool and choosing a random DVD to close out the night.

The beds were comfortable and the space was very clean. We will def stay here again.

The three bedrooms for four of us were very spacious. Each of the girl friends had their own bedroom. The days we stayed were quite, we got to explore the complex, visited the swimming pools, fitness centre. Game room with pool table and table tennis. Lots of sitting area at each place. Even have outdoor chess boards. Surprise discovery of the heritage building by the river. Will come back again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at the condo in Snowater. The Mount Baker Lodge staff were very friendly and helpful when we had check in questions, the condo was clean and perfectly set up for our two families, and there isn’t a location closer to Mount Baker. Great place, sauna gets hottt which is awesome. Only thing would be that the kitchen is very small, and the supplied pots and pans are not very large. Was not ideal for cooking large group meals. But otherwise the place was great, super comfy and clean. Not far from the mountain 🙂

Had a great time but many trails were closed off, ah well! Still had plenty of activities for the kids to do such as swimming and full access to the clubhouse! For the money I would have thought the cookie sheet pans would have been cleaned but we brought our own aluminum foil to cover it! Great selection of cult classic movies to entertain kids and adults alike! As a handicap individual there were stairs so getting around was difficult but again… you’re paying for the serene backdrop of nature!!

Great accommodation! We loved the condo and the whole Snowater grounds - perfect for our kids to try out new sports (and all the equipment provided at the location is really helpful). This condo is well situated between the pools and the entrance. Our girls enjoyed the toys available and the video streaming was a nice touch. Despite the hot weather, being a bottom unit, the place stayed fresh. We would definitely recommend!

Homely, cabin-style townhouse lodging at an affordable rate. The Snowater property is nestled against a beautiful, wooded river and is only a 35 minute drive from Mt Baker. Go to Chair 9 for good pizza and beer.

First time staying at Snowater; great resort. Our unit was spacious and very clean. Kitchen is small but plenty of room in the rest of the unit. 2.5 bathrooms include 2 showers, 1 bath tub, 2 toilets. We would definitely stay there again!

The lodge is cozy and clean for our group of 8. It was the closest area to Mt Baker which made the drive to the mountain short and pleasant in the morning. I would rent again!

Snowater Resort is an amazing slice of heaven waiting to be discovered! Two indoor pools/hot tubs/saunas, 2 club/recreation buildings, one adult lodge, tennis courts, new playground equipment, basketball courts, field hockey etc are just some of the many amenities available. But for our family, it was the rushing river, moss covered trees and walking paths that made our 9 hour drive worth the effort! Be sure to look for fairy gardens along the way....maybe even bring a trinket to add to the gardens!
The unit itself is super- it accommodated 6 adults and one toddler well. The hosts provide a closet full of toys/games and books for children in the bunk bed room. Our grandson was SO excited to play with "new" toys. There are an abundance of movies, adult board games like cribbage and reading material as well. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking appliances. The sofa is large and super comfortable....several naps were had! Everything is easy to walk to including the restaurant down the road.
I would highly recommend a visit to Snowater and a stay in our unit!
