Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #44 - A Cozy and Rustic Cabin With Modern Charm.
This cozy 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath cedar family cabin has everything that you need...and then some! The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 2-sets of regular-sized bunk beds, a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and a 1/2-bath. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, an open loft, and a 3/4-bath. Outside the back French doors is a nice deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor hot tub! This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored vacation property will sleep 6 -persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

We had a great stay. We were looking for a great cabin with a hot tub and that's what we got. I was caught off guard a few days before going when I noticed that the house had no smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm. I brought my own alarm bc I tend to be overly cautious. However, there was in fact an alarm in the house. I'm guessing the house details need to be updated on the website. Also, I have a home hot tub and like to check chlorine levels in vacation home tubs. This one was spot on for chlorine levels.

What a lovely cabin for a little get away for my best friend and our little kids! Lots of games to play and comfy beds. The hot tub and view were a dream. We also really loved the cute neighborhood. There was firewood for the fire place which added a dreamy element to a perfect stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Amazing location. The place is perfect for a weekend getaway. Hot tub offer amazing baker views and night sky gazing opportunity. Little compact for a larger family (we were 4 adults and 2 kids) but still had a lot of fun. Highly recommended.

Awesome cabin. Love the Baker Rim community. Quiet streets and cute cabins all around. The cabin itself is perfect. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. The fireplace was delightful, and lots of firewood available. Great communication from Mt. Baker Lodging.

Great cabin! Not as secluded as one might wish, given the fact another cabin is under construction immediately adjacent to this. WiFi was a struggle but the management company warns about this so no blame, just a warning.
