Your family will make lasting memories while staying in this recently remodeled, 2-story, 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse-style condo. Upon entering, you’ll discover new paint and plank flooring leading to a media room with a 75” flat-screen monitor and a comfy couch for streaming and relaxing after a fun day’s activities on the mountain. Fit for much more than just a snack, the fully equipped galley-style kitchen features new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig (plus a regular drip coffeemaker), new countertops, new cabinets, and a new farmhouse-style kitchen sink. The living/dining area includes a passthrough breakfast bar with two stools, a dining table with three chairs, a comfy hide-a-bed, a gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a small balcony overlooking Mother Nature’s splendor. There’s also a convenient ½-bath. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-king-sized bed, a laundry cubby with a full-size stack washer and dryer, and a full bath. This tastefully furnished, monitored end-unit condo is wifi-equipped and will sleep 2 to 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
