Snowater Condo #45 - 2 Story Townhouse Condo - Sleeps 4 - Close to The Nooksack River! Wi-Fi
Your family will make lasting memories while staying in this recently remodeled, 2-story, 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse-style condo. Upon entering, you’ll discover new paint and plank flooring leading to a media room with a 75” flat-screen monitor and a comfy couch for streaming and relaxing after a fun day’s activities on the mountain. Fit for much more than just a snack, the fully equipped galley-style kitchen features new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig (plus a regular drip coffeemaker), new countertops, new cabinets, and a new farmhouse-style kitchen sink. The living/dining area includes a passthrough breakfast bar with two stools, a dining table with three chairs, a comfy hide-a-bed, a gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a small balcony overlooking Mother Nature’s splendor. There’s also a convenient ½-bath. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-king-sized bed, a laundry cubby with a full-size stack washer and dryer, and a full bath. This tastefully furnished, monitored end-unit condo is wifi-equipped and will sleep 2 to 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Beautiful place to stay! The grounds are well maintained. The unit is very cozy and modern feeling. Plan on staying again! Would reccomend bringing your own towels so you have some for the pool.

Second year we’ve stayed here. Loved it. Very quiet. Internet is better than last year but still can be slow. Cell service is terrible this close to the mountain but it’s a great way to disconnect! Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Couch is comfortable and the most important thing is the bed is VERY COMFORTABLE. It’s a nice cozy place, big enough but not too large that it feels cavernous. I love the trees surrounding the place and the river nearby with a great little walk along it. 100% would recommend.

The location is convenient for exploring the outdoors around Mt Baker area. There are also amenities to relax after hiking (e.g. indoor pool). If you are looking to relax and unplug, this is the place to be. Recommended!

Very quiet location. Nice setting and club house was nice. A little dated but clean. Hot tub was heavily chlorinated, so if you’re allergic, don’t go in. However, it was very nice to jump in after skiing! The home was great, very comfortable but narrow in places. Had everything you need to cook but I would advise bringing more olive oil if you’re going to be there more than one meal to cook because it’s more of a shit glass size. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE and a king size. Loved that and appreciated that. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed and so close to the mountain to ski and snowboard. Loved it! Walked around the grounds to the river (Nooksack?) also beautiful. Overall I thought it was worth the price and worth the drive to and from Mt Baker and I appreciated the updates on the condo.

Everything was great except for the stairs outside. The stairs are very, very slippery when it rains and there should be some sort of protective grippable material on each step because I slipped and hurt my hip.
