IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:

** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and require the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Snowline Cabin #49 – A Newly Remodeled Country Cabin…Perfect for Your Family Retreat with Fido!
This newly renovated 2-story, 3-bedroom, one and ¾-bath country-style cabin is the perfect family vacation retreat! The first floor features an open floor plan living and dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, one bedroom with one king-size bed, and one full bath. A utility closet includes a stack washer and dryer. The back door leads to a new deck, which is perfect for lounging, picnicking, and BBQing, as well as a covered outdoor hot tub! Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals an all-new ¾-bath, flanked by one bedroom with one queen-sized bed and one set of standard-sized bunk beds plus a nice walk-out balcony, and a second bedroom with two queen-sized beds. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Former Guests may recognize this cabin as our old Cabin #9…a family favorite. The new owner is stepping up with numerous upgrades, making this cabin an even more enjoyable family experience. You’ll be thrilled with the upgrades!

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Great cabin for a large group, lots of sleeping space and large dining area. The place was clean when we arrived, hot tub was hot, and the check in process was easy! They even had glove/boot warmers for our wet gear. Would recommend if coming to Mt Baker for a ski weekend!

This place was perfect for our friends ski trip! Lots of room to sleep, hot tub was super fun, and only a quick walk to the nearby Chair 9 restaurant that is delicious.

This place worked out pretty well for our group of 10. One of the beds is extremely small, and the knives are almost too dull to use. The location and the hot tub were great.

We loved this place. It was spacious and comfortable. The drive to Artist Point/Mt Baker was easy and only about 30-45. Communications was great and we were able to check in a little early which was so helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

We love coming to Glacier and spending some ski days at Baker. This lodging was adequately described, we did have to bring our own olive oil and spices, which they are not providing due to the pandemic. You also may want to request extra towels or bring your own there is one towel per guest. Would definitely stay here again and they have an amazing VHS Disney collection which was a bonus for our kids. If you have never been I would recommend you request the check-in instructions earlier, which we did, in order to have time to read everything through. Would recommend this stay-

Beautiful area with a clean gurgling river nearby. And plenty of trails. And some basic amenities down the road apiece.
Our cabin was very well-equipped. It almost made it hard to leave, but there's plenty to see nearby!
Recommended for anyone who wants to see mountains, forests. Less interesting for those who want city excitement. The more local pubs or restaurants have limited hours, be warned. But our cabin was well-equipped so we needed nothing more.
