Snowater Condo #55 - The Mountain Home Condo!
Your family will have a very enjoyable experience while staying in this recently refreshed 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse-style condominium. The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1 sub-divided full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen with a brand spanking new range/oven, a dishwasher, tile flooring all flanked by a generous living/dining area with a breakfast bar, a Lopi wood fireplace insert, (firewood not provided) a flat-screen monitor, and a walkout balcony offering fantastic views where you can enjoy peace and serenity while taking in the majestic scenery that the Mt. Baker area has to offer! Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-king sized bed with a new Tuft & Needle mattress topper, privacy panels, and plenty of closet space, along with a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer and another sub-divided full bath (that’s two full baths!). While the new owners have stepped up with several improvements, including new floor coverings, paint, appliances, and furnishings to make this family condo even more appealing, astute former Guests may recognize this property as our former family Condo #80. While you enjoyed your previous stays here…you’ll enjoy your future stays in the finely tuned accommodation! This Wi-Fi-equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

This is my second time staying at the Snowater Resort. It's a very convenient location for accessing Mt. Baker and close to Glacier, where there are a couple of restaurants, a coffee shop, a general store, and a ski shop. This particular unit was very clean and comfortable. The wifi worked well which was helpful because there is no cell service in the area. I would recommend it to anyone going on a ski trip to Baker.
