Snowater Condo #59 - A Great Family Condo With a Cabin Feel!
Your family will have a great time in this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse-style condo. The main floor features a galley style kitchen, an ample size living/dining area equipped with a hide-a-bed, a Lopi fireplace surrounded by a brick enclosure (firewood NOT provided), a walk-out balcony where you can hear the Nooksack River running by, plus one bedroom with a full + twin bunk, and a cedar lined ¾-bath. Ascending the staircase to the top floor brings you to a wood-lined loft bedroom reminiscent of a cabin with 1-queen-sized bed, plus a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer and one full bath. This tastefully decorated, wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

My son and I had a fabulous time swimming in the pool as the weather was a bit gloomy. We were there for the 4th of July, and because there was a burn ban, we didn't hear one single boom from people celebrating. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. While the complex seems to have quite a few units, we had plenty of space and privacy; it was as though we had the whole clubhouse to ourselves! The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great cabin for mount baker visits. No cell phone service, but internet was perfectly fine and location made for easy Mountain access.

Great unit, loved the swimming pool and rec house! We grilled dinner outside under the amazing covered public patio near the log house. The trails around the complex made exploring easy and the river is beautiful.

We had a great stay! A cozy cabin feel. The view out the back is of the trees, which was beautiful and private. With the windows and back door open you could hear the river.

We were able to eat dinner and play games on the table with 4 people. A perfect size cabin for 4-6 people max. Wi-Fi worked great for streaming music. The guest room has a bunk bed.

Close to Artists Point and hiking options! Close to the convenience store and restaurants.

Bring your coffee grounds, toiletries, and anything else you will need. The condo has everything you need to cook.

This is a great condo in one of the most beautiful sections of Mt. Baker wilderness. Big windows onto the trees, and you can hear the rushing Nooksack River. Perfect spot.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The new King Bed is super comfortable. The downstairs now has a bunk bed with twin on the top and double on the bottom. The space was very clean and we found the wifi to be quite good. It was very quiet and peaceful, with the living room windows facing out to the trees. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

This quaint cabin served our needs well. It stayed cooler in the daytime than we expected, which we were grateful for. The location was fantastic for hiking near Mt. Baker and because of its proximity to the river just outside.
