** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Your family will be delighted by this newly restyled 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath luxury vacation home. From the opulent master bathroom to the high-end fixtures to the fresh and modern color palate, you're in for great lasting memories of a vacation well spent! The first floor features an open floor plan living area with a built-in gas fireplace and a DVD/monitor with surround sound, a dining area with both a breakfast bar and a separate dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a laundry cubby with a full-size washer and dryer, one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and an en-suite master bathroom with a two-compartment sink, a large glass enclosed shower, a separate soaker tub, plus an additional compartment with another wash basin and toilet. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-king-sized bed, another bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, and one full bathroom. Outside the rear entrance is a new composite deck with a hot tub and outdoor gas grill. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) family vacation home will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Great place to stay for a ski trip. The place is cozy and warm when we arrived. It was clean except for there are a few spider web at corners, which is completely understandable. Kitchen and Bathroom are extremely clean with spotless towels. Beds are comfortable and bed linens looked like they are new. This place is in a quiet neighborhood with good privacy. We got a chance to enjoy the hot tub after snowboarding for a day. The only problem we had was that the Internet service was not as good compare to other places. The Internet service was enough for browsing web pages and the latency was tolerable. Expect a hard time if you're using short video apps that requires reliable bandwidth. We we're warned about There's no cell signal and Internet service quality so not a big deal. The power was okay mostly during our stay. It went out a few hours before our checkout time which made us not possible to follow the checkout instructurns 100%. Host is responsive. Good value for the price.

Gorgeous little community. The beds were decadently comfy. Our stay was too short but the morning hot tub session helped ease the pain of a short trip.

Great location, very clean, met all of our needs. A minor note- the door is actually red (unlike the picture shown) and there wasn’t a visible marker for “Unit 62” so arriving at dark was a little confusing. But nothing major. Beds comfy, bring house slippers for the cold floors 🙂

Had such a lovely long weekend stay with 2 girlfriends. Beds were comfy, hot tub hot, house clean, kitchen was well-equipped (13 spatulas!) and we did all our cooking in. Was not nearly as 'remote' (ie far from amenities as we thought) - general store and little coffee shop nearby. Appreciated being able to bring the Labrador as our furry fourth (although note the yard isn't 'fenced'). Would plan to come again! Hiked Nooksack Trail, Chain Lakes, Bagley Lake, HorseshoeTrails. Walkers/Hikers beware - Got lost on trails behind Snowline - pay attention or drop breadcrumbs, our 30 min am stroll turned into a 2.5 hour schlep - zero trail makers! Cute neighbourhood for evening walks as well.

This was a great house for our family of five, and our dog! There’s a gas burning fireplace that keeps the house warm and toasty. The kitchen was well supplied with good quality pots and pans, knives, utensils, and dishes. The beds were comfortable and nice new towels were provided. It was sparkling clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful master bathroom first of all. Nice yard space (fence is not enclosed fyi to others with pets), and the hot tub was perfect. Kitchen had all the cookware we needed, and everything was very clean. Only note is that the upstairs bathroom is a quite small, and the door could be pushed open (our dog discovered quickly). But overall Would definitely stay again!
