Your family will enjoy staying in this modern single-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation cabin. As you enter the front door from the covered front porch equipped with a gas grill, you'll discover an open and airy floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that features a freestanding gas fireplace, a large monitor with Blu-Ray entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a laundry cubby with a washer and dryer, plus a breakfast bar and a family dining table. From the hallway, you'll discover one full bathroom, one bedroom featuring 2-queen-sized beds, another bedroom featuring additional 2-queen-sized beds, and a primary bedroom featuring 1-king-sized bed, plus another full bathroom en-suite. Just outside the back door, you'll discover a brand-new covered hot tub. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions), Wi-Fi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We needed to cancel our stay at the last minute due to a medical emergency and they allowed us to reschedule it to another time rather than lose money on the cancellation.

When we finally made it, my family and I had a great time! The house was spotless, kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook meals for the entire family. The hot tub was in great condition. The property is well located from the Mt. Baker National Forest. We spent the day exploring nearby trails and relaxed in the evening with the hot tub, board games and watching tennis (thanks to the smart TV).

We had a blast staying here for the weekend. It was a beautiful stay and a great location to explore! it was a hot weekend and only the ceiling fan. my only complaint would be to provide some box fans to help keep guests cool.

The cabin was beautiful and spacious, definitely enough space for 10 adults. Host is very nice and responsive when we had questions regarding parking situation and potential fire ban (there's a fire pit in the backyard). Overall it was a great time for us!

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s such a great place for the value. The jacuzzi was amazing and already warm when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Check in instructions were well described and we had no issues finding the place. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would stay again. It was just 30min away from Mt. Baker ski resort which was very convenient.

Great spot for access to the mountain. It only comes with shower towels so plan to bring your own for the hot tub. Additionally, there is a restriction on what cooking items they can provide so plan to bring all your own spices such as salt and pepper.

Great Cabin close to Mt Baker for skiing or snowshoeing! Loved the covered hot tub and the interior was beautiful! Perfect location!
Tips: you lose reception about 3-4 miles out so make sure you plan ahead and download the maps and directions.
Also bring all condiments and spices you need, there are no essentials like oil, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard
The Grill was an issue as well, we ran out of propane in the middle of cooking our burgers, it was complicated changing out the propane because the full propane is locked under key to the railing and not easy to change. BEWARE

Great place to stay and excellent jumping off point to explore Mount Baker. Beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a day of skiing. The only thing that didn’t match the listing was Wi-Fi. We knew it was going to be hit or miss from reading other reviews but I would just count on it not working.

Nice hot tub. Would be a great spot for a ski weekend. Lots of outdoor fun nearby. Not as private due to large home immediately adjacent. Beds were comfortable. Nice and clean. Flexible check out for whichever direction you're heading.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was spacious, clean and beautiful outside. The hot tub in the back was tough to open and couldn't find any notes on how to open. We later found a stick on top of fridge with a key attached, which opened the hot tub.

There were many sets of rules and the check out was unclear. One set mentioned cleaning all the sheets and pillow cases along with towels, and another just mentioned towels. We didnt have enough time to strip 5 beds.

Unfortunately, I have to point out that you most definitely found out how to open the hot tub, as it had to be drained, hand cleaned, refilled, and chemicalized upon your departure. This caused a major inconvenience to the in-coming Guests, who had to wait until the following day for the water to heat up to an acceptable level before they were able to use the hot tub. The exiting rules are clear...including the requirement to check-out by 11:00am! Beds do not need to be stripped, and laundry does not need to be started. Happy Trails, Dan
