Your family will enjoy staying in this modern single-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation cabin. As you enter the front door from the covered front porch equipped with a gas grill, you'll discover an open and airy floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that features a freestanding gas fireplace, a large monitor with Blu-Ray entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a laundry cubby with a washer and dryer, plus a breakfast bar and a family dining table. From the hallway, you'll discover one full bathroom, one bedroom featuring 2-queen-sized beds, another bedroom featuring additional 2-queen-sized beds, and a primary bedroom featuring 1-king-sized bed, plus another full bathroom en-suite. Just outside the back door, you'll discover a brand-new covered hot tub. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions), Wi-Fi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
