IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:

** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Snowline Cabin #66 - The Sisters Mountain Family Cabin!
Your family will have a delightful time staying in this newly restyled 2-story, 3+ bedroom cabin with 1 3/4-baths. The first floor features a spacious open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that includes a dishwasher, a custom island counter/breakfast bar, a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), and a DVD/monitor, plus one full bath with a laundry cubby including a washer and dryer, and a second 3/4-bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals three generous size bedrooms, including one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, plus a divided loft with 2-full sized beds, and a separate sitting area. Just outside the back door is a large deck with an outdoor gas grill (propane provided) and a gazebo-covered hot tub...perfect for winding down after a fun day on the mountain. This Wi-Fi and EV Charger-equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

The house was clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and rooms had lots of space. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and conveniences. My only complaints were that there were no extra towels that I could find. If there were they didn’t seem to be in an obvious place. None to use with the hot tub in particular. Also, the wifi was was quite spotty and would regularly stop working. Not usually a big deal for me but since there was no cell service it was necessary for communication.

The property description also includes info that the wifi can be very spotty up here in our heavily wooded mountain area. That's why the cabin includes a land line in addition to the wifi connection. The kitchen is spacious and is stocked well for cooking. There are lots of games and movies available. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. This is a great location for skiing and exploring the area. The hosts are responsive and friendly.

Mt. Baker Lodging delivered a clean, comfortable, and well stocked home as promised. Great location in Glacier. Directly across from Chair 9 Pizza and bar. Last place to stay before the 20-30 minute ride up to Mt. Baker ski area. Hot tub was a great bonus as well! Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful three night stay with our family for the Christmas holiday. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Close to mount baker. And thank his for the great wood stove as the snow storm we lost power so we could keep the house warm. Thanks for a great stay.

Plenty of parking and sleeping space. The deck is huge and the hot tub is a great size. We had 10 of us at the cabin and had plenty of space to be comfortable.

We had an amazing long weekend to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday. 3 couples and 3 kids under 6. There is a kid's zone (small tv with DVD player and plenty of kids DVDs to choose from and lots of books and toys for my 2 and 4 year olds to play with. That was an unexpected bonus. I packed up my home kitchen preparing for bare bones but in reality the property had almost everything to cook dinner with except food. That included (but isn't limited to) plenty of pots, pans, serving utensils, silverware, plates, cups, cheese grater, electric kettle and more.

The bedrooms were huge and came with furniture so we could unpack and spread out if we felt like it (I'm more of a live out of a backpack type). We didn't run out of hot water, but we didn't all take daily morning showers either.

The hot tub is big enough for 4 comfortably and could easily hold more for a more intimate hang out. We didn't expect that a kid-friendly outdoor pool, playground, sports courts, fishing pond and more would all be included and a few minute walk away. We spent the day hiking on Mt. Baker, the afternoons resting or at the pool and evenings cooking dinner and putting the kids up to a movie so we could have some adult hang out time as well.
