Mt. Baker Rim - Cabin #70 - A 2-story, 2-bedroom + Loft, Pet-Friendly Riverside Family Vacation Home With a Hot Tub, WI-FI, and A/C!
Enjoy exquisite river and mountain views from this 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 3-bath riverfront family vacation home! The 1st floor features a mud/entry room, a 3/4-bath, an open kitchen/dining/living area with a dishwasher, a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), a newly installed ductless air conditioner, a full-size hide-a-bed, and a separate sitting area with fabulous views. The 1st floor also includes one bedroom with 1-king-sized bed and its en suite 3/4-bath, plus a separate laundry area with a full-size washer/dryer. The 2nd floor features a loft area with 1-queen-sized bed, a 3/4-bath, and a master bedroom with 1-king-sized bed and a walk-out balcony. Outside the back door is a covered deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor HOT TUB! This delightful pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation home also includes an electric car charger - 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet (Tesla Model 3, etc.) and will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provides FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

This home is a wonderful place to stay, along with being an amazing jump off point for anything you want to do in/around Mt. Baker. Amazing views from the upstairs balcony, along with quality star gazing on clear nights. The property has plenty of room for couples and/or larger groups. This community is quiet and beautiful. Convenient and beautiful location for a trip to Mount Baker. Our group enjoyed the scenic views and hot tub and stocked kitchen. 3 bathrooms is also a big plus. There are a lot of rules and regulations though, so make sure your group is prepared to read and follow the fine print.

The cabin is spacious and has amazing views! The kitchen is pretty stocked with what you need except for condiments (which they have in the description they’re not provided so you do have a heads up). The hot tub was great as well as the outdoor space to hang out and grill. The three full bathrooms is a total plus, especially when you have a larger group. Only thing is they provide one towel per person, with the hot tub/showering I wish they provided a few more per person. There is a washer and dryer in the cabin if you’re fine with just washing them. There is no cell phone reception but the wifi worked awesome! Would Deff stay here again.

This is a spacious, clean and beautiful rustic house. There is plenty of space, beautiful view from the backyard with a river, and enough space between neighbors to make it feel like a true cabin in the woods.

This is a great spot for a long weekend away. The house has all the amenities you could need and the hot tub was a great perk. The layout worked well for our family as the kids could occupy the whole top floor.
