Maple Falls Cabin #72 - A Unique Glamping Experience
Your family will have a delightful time making lasting memories while enjoying this unique glamping experience. A tastefully furnished and decorated cabin featuring 1-king-sized bed, an adjoining kitchenette with a bar fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. Just outside the front door is a covered area with a picnic table...perfect for sipping your morning coffee or afternoon tea. A newly remodeled bathroom has a shower, wash basin, and commode. The bathroom is shared with the cabin next door (Cabin #71MF). A small common area with a game room building includes a foosball table, a variety of board games, and some outdoor chairs that can be used on the grounds. There is also a shared gazebo-covered cement patio, perfect during inclement weather, with a wood stove, a gas grill, and magnificent mountain views. This monitored, pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) family vacation property will sleep up to 2-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Beautiful cabin in the countryside. Loved staying in the cozy town of Maple Falls and really enjoyed the coffee shop nearby called Joe’s. Sleeping in the cabin was peaceful and quiet with the sound of rain and birds. Very comfortable bed. Gorgeous all around! Would stay here again.

The little cabin up in them woods is beautiful and private, so the mountain view from the property is undescribebul. Felt like I'm right at home. The little things that are for use at the cabin are great and everything you need to relax. If it ain't 'bout you having a good time in the cabin then it's all about grilling up your stake outside with a nice wood stove to kick back and enjoy the stars. Loved the game room and all the fun activities to play with and that you can stay in side and warm when you feel like playing out late. It was the best little place I ever stayed in. Will be definitely coming back.

Perfect spot for exploring mount baker! A cozy little cabin. Ended up being by myself with my pup - felt secluded and private, but safe as a female on my own. Had everything i needed. Check in process after hours was easy. Good communication with maps due to lack of service. Would 100% rent again.

Such a cute little cabin on a beautiful property! This is the perfect location for exploring Mount Baker and the north cascades. The cabin is exactly as pictured but felt bigger in person, was an ideal size for two people.

Great get away cabin. Near many beautiful places.

Clean, brand new feeling space. Has at the infrastructure for a great weekend together. Rent cabin 71 as well if with a group and have the whole space to enjoy together.

What a lovely stay we had! Our cabin had everything we needed. Grilling out our dinner each night and eating in the peaceful serenity of the quiet was just what we wanted! Lots of hiking options, but fair warning half of our hikes we had picked out were still snowed in during the the middle of June. Our Texas came out 🙂 Thank you Mt. This is the ideal glamping trip. You’re in the middle of the forest, with access to plenty of trails of varying difficulty. But you also have access to a bathroom (kept extremely clean) and a bed (which was very cozy). The kitchenette is small but it has the basics and you’re driving distance from a few really good food places (hope you like pizza). They say their wifi is spotty but it never dropped for me once, which is great because there really is no signal in the area (not that I was on the internet much anyway). There’s a games room with plenty of games, so it’s as easy to hang on the property adventure out.

All in all, if you’re looking for a cozy mountain getaway, this is it.
