A Perfect Family Getaway! Your family will have a very enjoyable experience while staying in this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 and ½-bath townhouse style condominium. The main floor features an open living/dining area with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), a hide-a-bed sofa, and large windows with an easterly exposure offering great territorial mountain views. Plus, there’s a nice walk-out balcony for enjoying your favorite morning and evening beverages. A fully equipped galley-style kitchen with a pass-through that flanks the living/dining area and one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, a flat-screen monitor, and a ½-bath ensuite complete the main floor. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed and a flat-screen monitor, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This tastefully furnished and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
