83MF – Lakeside – Hot Tub – Wi-Fi

This place is incredible. I had such a relaxing and wonderful time here. The privacy and quiet, private dock, gorgeous view and home all surpassed my expectations. The only downsides were the WiFi, which went down for a day (it was kind of nice not having phone service and being bothered but these days, a search party will come if I don’t return messages), and the back yard cameras were a little invasive. Mt. Baker lodging was very responsive and super friendly. The house was immaculately clean. The drive there is beautiful. I would love to go back in the future.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful contemporary cabin on Lake Silver - the plot is a little haven, with a beautiful view that continued to surprise us throughout our stay. The lake is RIGHT THERE and looks stunning from bed, from the couch, from the bath, from the fire pit, from the hot tub, it’s all stunning. The house itself was well-presented, the kitchenware well-stocked, the WiFi was basic but reliable. We really wanted to appreciate the privacy of the place, to ‘be one’ with nature and the lake, to relax without prying eyes… but unfortunately, several prominently-placed security cameras (including directly overlooking the hot tub) reminded us that we weren’t quite alone.

We loved staying at the house! The view of the lake was picturesque and we definitely want to come back! Perfect distance to Artist Point and it's so quiet out there, we had the windows open during the night and nothing woke us up. So gorgeous and we will definitely be back! Also loved working with Mt. Baker Lodging, the communication was amazing and quick, we really appreciated their clear driving directions as well! 🙂

Amazing home away from the noise and hustle. Beautiful sunset views, quiet surroundings, and meticulously clean home with great entertainment options from tabletop games and DVDs to a BBQ and hot tub. Highly recommend for a peaceful and recharging weekend getaway.

We look forward to booking this place again. The house was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen stocked with anything you need to prepare a nice dinner. The natural gas fire pit and grill were also super convenient.

The architecture and placement of this property along Silver Lake is quite magical. We were blown away by the lovely view and privacy in this space. Very comfortable beds and nice open floor plan. We had a lovely time!

This house was lovely. I'm always a little worried with AirbBnb that maybe the pictures are carefully leaving out the massive construction or huge eyesore right next door, but this house was really the sort of forest/wilderness retreat it appears to be! While the house itself is fairly remote, the host supplied everything we needed, including a huge DVD library, games, and even starter condiments for making food. Super enjoyable, comfortable. 10/10

My husband and I really, really enjoyed our stay at this Silver Lake cabin. The view of the lake was totally underrated and the pictures in the listing did not do it justice. We were so impressed with all the fun things to take advantage of including the hot tub, grill, hammock, fireplace, bathtub, and more. The lack of cell phone service was refreshing and we felt at complete peace in the tranquility this cabin had to offer. We would definitely go back!

Amazing stay!

Absolutely stunning property and house, the photos truly don’t do it justice! We were thrilled to find out on arrival that we had access to the lake, a dock, BBQ, and fire pit. The views can’t be beat, and Silver Lake was so perfectly tranquil.

We visited during a heat wave, and the place did get very hot during the morning and afternoon (no AC) but it cooled off nicely in the evening. Great excuse to spend most of the day in the water!

We’d love to return to this gem in the Mt. Baker area!

Great spaces! Super quiet. Loved the upstairs bath.

The house is located in a beautiful area with a nice 5-10 minute drive through the woods. There are TVs located in the main living area and master bedroom with a wide selection of DVDs. The hot tub was perfect for the cold nights to be outside and relax. There is landline in the house to make calls since there is no cell service in the area. Cell service can be found 10 minutes down the road back in the town. There is a wide selection of cooking utensils, but you need to supply your own condiments due to COVID restrictions.

This place is a dream. Feels like you are sleeping in a posh tree house. Watching wild life from the hot tub was a highlight. It was the perfect start to our honeymoon. No WiFi or cell signal - just quality time with each other.

Enjoyed our weekend here away from the city without the distraction of phones and laptops— I would love to come again. The view of the lake is amazing, it's very quiet, and the house is stocked with everything you need. I brought cleaning supplies and bed linens from home, but I didn't have to use them because everything was exceptionally clean. A much-needed get-away from work; I look forward to staying again.

great place for a relaxing weekend

Beautiful view, beautiful interior! I would say this was not exactly ideal for a stay with littles and geared for adults, but perfect for a couple or 2 to get away and enjoy the serentiy.

When we saw this listing for this place, against our normal logic we allowed ourselves to get really excited and set high expectations. These expectations were not only met, but surpassed. The house is as pictured and described, and the view of the lake is stunning. Despite being close to a couple of other houses, it was very private and quiet. A very pleasant surprise was not only lake access from the deck, but a private dock! The staff at the office was super nice and thorough with instructions. Thank you for everything, we’d come back in a heartbeat!

The place was beautiful, better than expected

We had a great time! Easy check in and cabin had basics like dishes, soap, towels, etc. so you don’t have to worry about bringing those along. Beautiful view and a really nice place to spend a few days. Parking was small and hard to turn out of, but not impossible. Overall, great place to stay!
