Snowater Condo #84 - A Newly Remodeled, Large Family Condo With a Private Sauna and a Soaker Tub!
This spacious 2+ bedroom, 2+ bath, ground floor condo is a secluded family retreat! Features include a master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a shower and sauna room, one full bath with a large soaker tub, one bedroom with 2-sets of standard-sized bunk beds, another full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, a separate adjoining dining area, one living area with a gas fireplace and a walk-out balcony, and a second living area with another walk-out balcony. All this, plus great Snowater amenities, at a bargain price! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**While this property is not pet-friendly for guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this into consideration and reserve accordingly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

If you're choosing to come up for other reasons, you definitely need to pay closer attention to the property description where it clearly states "NO WIFI". This provides our Guests with the info that they need in order to make an informed decision prior to reservation placement. Conversely, if you do need wifi, you should not take it for granted that all properties up here are thusly equipped, and therefore ask questions before placing a reservation. That being said; aside from leaving almost all of the lights on at the condo, (almost seemed deliberate) and turning the keys in late, would would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the neat and tidy way in which you left the condo upon departure. Nice cabin looking condo, in the middle of the forest away from the road. Lots of board games and DVD's for movies.

Everything was on point and close to Mt. Baker. It was great to come back after a full day of riding and be able to sit in the sauna and recuperate the muscles. Great little place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Its perfect for a small group of 4-6 people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and appliances. Hosts do a good job about communicating rules/regulations and directions. The house was super clean and is perfect for a winter stay. We would love to visit the place again.

This is a fabulous condo and worked very well for our party of 6. The kitchen, albeit small, was very well equipped. The setup was comfortable and the rooms smartly laid out. Really nice to have that second little living room, which allowed our group to spread out a bit. And the view out to the trees is just lovely.

-Great cozy place to stay. Very clean and conveniently located near Mt. Baker.
-Not stocked in terms of basic cooking supplies though (i.e. no salt/pepper, no cooking oil).
-The hot tub isn't private, it's in a club house and closes at 10pm.

Very cozy condo, spacious with two common areas with couches and dining tables, nice fireplace, great windows letting in lots of light and views into the beautiful forest. Easy to check in and drop off keys. Both couches fold out so there was room for most people to have their own bed. The community club house with hot tub and pool is very close to this condo and great to relax in after a day of skiing.

Great place to stay for a couple days up at Baker. The bunk beds were larger than I was expecting from the pictures and it was fantastic having a sauna in the unit.

Our stay was more than amazing. The rental process was made easy for us thanks to quick responses. The condo was spacious and easily fit our group of 8 comfortably.

The kitchen was big enough to cook giant meals and there is plenty of table space for everyone to sit down and eat.

Living room with fireplace was cozy and perfect spot to relax after a day of skiing/snowboarding. The sauna was the group's favorite place to relax and chat.

Clubhouse/Rec area are super close and the views of the river is breathtaking.

Great trip all around. Would definitely come back for another stay.
