Snowater Condo #85 - A Deluxe 2-Story Family Condo!
This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse-style family condo is a great value! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-full-sized bed, 1-full bath, and a nicely equipped galley-style kitchen including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area, a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony overlooking the well-maintained common area grounds. The 2nd floor features a primary bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This Wi-Fi-equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a pool table, a ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**While this property is not pet-friendly for guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this into consideration and reserve accordingly.
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
