Your family will have a delightful time making lasting memories while staying in this remodeled 1-story, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo. Upon entering, you’ll marvel at the unique cork floors accented by exquisite woodworking throughout. The bedroom features 1-queen sized sleigh bed and ample closet space. There’s also 1-full bath, a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer, a fully equipped galley-style kitchen with newer appliances (including a dishwasher), and a breakfast bar/pass throughout into the living/dining area. Once inside the generous living room, you’ll discover a small bistro table and chairs, a small dining table, and chairs, a queen-sized hide-a-bed, and a wood fireplace insert (firewood not provided) surrounded by a beautifully handcrafted hearth, mantle, and floor-to-ceiling shelving unit with a flat-screen monitor. Just outside is a small balcony with a territorial view. Need more room? This condo pairs nicely with our family Condo #64 located right next door! Don’t forget Fido…this pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No exceptions), Wi-Fi* equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep 2 to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
