IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.
** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.
Back by popular demand! Your family will have a delightful time staying in this 2-story, 3-bedroom traditional family ski chalet. The first floor features an open and airy kitchen, dining, and living area. The well equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and a dishwasher, and the living room includes a nice woodstove (firewood provided) to cozy up to after a long day of conquering the mountain. A sliding door leads to a large wraparound deck! Also featured is one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a ¾-bath that is accessible from both the kitchen and the bedroom. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a landing with a work station, one bedroom with 1-set of bunk beds, (full sized upper, and queen sized lower) and another bedroom with 1-set of full sized bunk beds. Both bedrooms are flanked by a ¾-bath with individual bedroom access. Just outside the front door is a small porch with a gas grill. The monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
IMPORTANT **Just so you know, while the property is not pet-friendly for Guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this under advisement and reserve accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
