Silver Lake Cabin #97 - 'Pinecone' Family Log Cabin at The Lake That is Pet-Friendly!
This 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1-bath, real log family home is the quintessential lakefront cabin! The first floor features an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan with a wood stove (firewood provided) and a gas stove, one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-full sized bed, and a 3/4 bath, as well as a mud room with a stack washer/dryer. The second floor features an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen sized bed. Enjoy magnificent views of Silver Lake from both the living area and the wrap-around deck, with Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and a gas BBQ. This cabin has its own dock, so feel free to bring your row boat or Kayak! This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

** This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions and are well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

Loved our stay at this airbnb! The lake was serene, the cabin was cozy with a well-stocked kitchen, and we loved having our own private dock. The perfect getaway from busy city life where we could recharge and connect with nature. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the stay. Overall experience is good. Kids did complain a little bit about no WI-FI but they found enough things to do in the are. 🙂

Staff were great, phone is provided to phone the staff if needed. Dock is slightly further than we had originally thought based off the pictures. Overall a great experience, would go again.

Great stay at ‘number 97’. This was exactly what we were looking for in a getaway off of the grid. Our stay was over a rainy weekend and we enjoyed the fall foliage from the deck overlooking Silver Lake. The dogs enjoyed watching people row by trolling for fish.
The kitchen is well appointed with cookware but reminder to bring your own spices/coffee etc. There is a small store nearby that rents videos. No WiFi was not a problem for us at all. We brought a speaker and relied on downloaded music, played board games, etc.
Reminder to folks to have access to the directions ‘offline’ to get there after you lose cell service. We only used one bedroom but there are 2 bedrooms with doors and the loft area with another queen bed.

A gorgeous cabin. Beautiful lake views. A private dock for lake access. What more could you ask for when looking for a mountain lake getaway? The trout were jumping in the lake at all hours. We saw plenty of successful fisherman but ourselves were not as lucky. Honestly, this did not impede on the enjoyment of our trip. We will keep this place bookmarked for a future return trip.

Beautiful cabin with everything you need, with a gorgeous view overlooking the lake. It's a 1 minute walk down to the dock/lake. Really quiet area and easy enough to find (hosts provided perfectly clear directions). Highly recommend!

The cabin has no wifi or cell reception. If you want some digital entertainment during your stay, bring your own content. The TV in the cabin supports HDMI and USB.

We had a great stay. Glad we had 4 wheel drive to get there. Check-in was easy and they gave us simple directions to the cabin. It had everything we needed for a family trip. We'd like to go back in the summer to spend some time on the lake.

We had a great time at the Mt Baker Log Cabin. The place was very clean and comfortable. The comfy leather couches and wood burning fire place made it feel so cozy. We enjoyed the lake views and relaxing feeling of being out in nature. I would love to stay here again!
