Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #99 - A Charming Woodsy and Pet-Friendly Family Cabin With a Hot Tub and Wi-Fi!
Set off a quiet lane, this 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1-bath country family cabin is the perfect respite from city life! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a small second bedroom with 1-twin bunk, one full bath with a stack washer/dryer, and an open floor plan kitchen/dining/living area including a dishwasher, a free-standing wood stove (firewood provided) to cozy up to, plus a nice sized and new front deck featuring a gas grill and a covered hot tub! The second floor features an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen sized bed. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Cancellation Policy

For regular reservations, if Cancelation is received a minimum of 21 days before our Guest’s scheduled arrival date, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. If Cancelation is received twenty (20) through fifteen (15) days before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the Advanced Reservation Payment shall be forfeited by the Guest unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld. The remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. Guest further acknowledges that, for regular reservations, if Cancelation is received fourteen (14) days or less before our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, Guest shall forfeit all rental monies unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received before November 15th, a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advanced Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations beginning on or after December 15th through January 3rd, if Cancelation is received on or after November 16th but before December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancelation Fee in the amount of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment. The remaining money shall be credited to the guest. For holiday reservations commencing on or after December 15th through January 1st, if Cancelation is received on or after December 1st, the Guest shall forfeit all rental monies, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) Cancelation Fee shall be withheld from the rental monies. The remaining funds shall be credited back to the Guest.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered the Guest’s invitees. All reservations, cancelation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees. This policy is in place to ensure your reservation's security and protect against potential fraud.

Deposit Policy

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. For regular reservations, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the Guest’s scheduled arrival date and is automatically debited to the Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due date. For holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 1st, the remaining balance is due in full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is perfect for a ski trip to Baker. I loved this property because it is set back in a quiet neighborhood so you feel tucked away in the woods. The house is adorable, and cozy. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked (even had a speaker), with the exception of. needing a few more towels. The hot tub was very hot and perfect after a day of skiing. You do have to pick up the keys prior to going to the house but the process was easy. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A great house, everything in working order. The fireplace was lovely and the hot tub was working great. You have to pick up the keys from town rather than checking in directly but this is easy if you are coming from Seattle/Bellingham. The kitchen was reasonably clean but not spotless -- a bit of grime on the stove, for example. They also didn't give us enough dishwasher pods (they only gave us 2 and we were there cooking for 4 days). It was peaceful and quiet and it was wonderful to go for walks along the river nearby. Overall it was a great stay and we look forward to coming back.

Lovely spot in the heart of the Mount Baker - Snoqualmie National Forest - close to the quaint Graham's​ Store in Deming a few miles away where you can stock up on a simple but adequate selection of produce for grilling and cooking at the cabin. The cabin itself is stunningly beautiful and picturesque, a very well-designed space for inside and outside shared time together with family and friends. Host agency are responsible and helpful, and allow key drop at Graham's Store. The cabin has some fun outdoor games like cornhole and a firepit with cute snowboard benches for colder and wetter months when outdoor fires allowed. I stayed in late, so it was a perfect spot to recharge between hikes - about 20-30 min. drive to Artist Point. Pretty strong and stable WiFi for a remote cabin. Bring your own towels perhaps as ones supplied are funky. Awesome to be able to do laundry but the filter needs cleaned in washer? and towels replaced. Hot tub rocks! 🙂 oh and bring your own salt and spices!:)

Really lovely cabin to stay in for a ski weekend- has everything you could need. Check in seems a bit much with all the directions but is actually very simple (don’t be discouraged) can be hard in the snow to find the cabin.

The cabin was very nice, looked exactly like the photos. It was easy to find and the host was very responsive when we had questions.

I think the amenities don't mention it, but there is a very nice TV and a Wii game console. This was a very nice surprise.
The cabin also had all the cookware needed to make dinner and the upstairs bedroom was very nice.

Absolutely DARLING cabin. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. I was there for work, and the cabin was a perfect retreat to unwind at when I was done for the day. LOVED the nearby chair 9 pizza and Wake n' Bakery for coffee. Nooksack Falls and Artist Point were some JAW DROPPING day trips that were no more than an hour from the cabin. Hot tub was pristine, loved the hammock. Netflix on TV, internet and phone worked perfectly. I even had reception with T-mobile without internet. Loved our nightly walks with the pups down to Glacier Creek. Can't wait to be back!

Great place to stay! Wifi worked great, hot tub was super clean and property and place were awesome. You won’t have service out there so plan ahead if others are joining you separately but it’s worth it when getting away from a busy life.

The location is wonderful near mt baker hiking & skiing. The hot tub and indoor fireplace was cozy. Comfy beds ands living area. The home is near many other homes in the community but we still felt nice privacy. Very clean

Great location, lovely place. While there are other units nearby, it felt very private and restful and was the perfect spot to go hiking for a few days. The hot tub was a lifesaver after long hikes. Great deck to sit out on. Very communicative service from the people who run the units.
