** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use.  Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.


Welcome to the Family Dream Lodge - An Ultra Custom Family Vacation Home!


This ultra custom 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, architect-designed family vacation home was built for entertaining!  The main floor features a large open kitchen/dining/living area with a wrap-around breakfast bar plus a large dining table, a very comfortable living area with a gas fireplace to cozy up to, a DVD/VHS/Monitor, a card/bumper pool table, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a separate study/quiet room.  In addition, the main floor includes the primary bedroom with a 1-king-sized bed, plus a full bath en-suite.  There is also a separate sauna room and another 3/4 bath.  Stepping down into the first floor, you'll discover one bedroom with 2-full sized beds, one bedroom with a 1-queen sized bed plus 1-set of bunk beds with a full-sized bottom bunk, a family room with a sitting area plus a DVD/VHS/Monitor, and a shuffleboard table, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and one full bath.  Outside the main floor is a privacy deck with a hot tub and a gas grill. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 11 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Remember your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.  The service is currently subject to failure.  Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.  Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
