Check-In & Check-Out Procedures

Check-In Instructions

Guests will check in at our office in Maple Falls on the way to their vacation rental.

If you are staying in a gated community (Mt. Baker Rim, Snowline, or Snowater):
You must provide Mt. Baker Lodging with all makes, models, license plate numbers, and plate origins of all vehicles staying in the community. This is very important, so please give us this information as soon as possible.

If you are staying in a non-gated community
(Silver Lake, Maple Falls, Glacier Springs, or Snowline Lodge):
You do not need to provide vehicle information.

Checking in After Hours:
Mt. Baker Lodging Inc. office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, seven days a week.  If you arrive after our office closes, you will retrieve your keys (and gate passes, if applicable) from the lockbox beside the front door of our offices in Maple Falls. After making your reservation, you will be given the code to the after-hours lockbox.
Our office address is 7425 Mt. Baker Hwy (SR 542).  When you enter the town of Maple Falls (just past mile marker “25”), our office is in the 1st building on the right.  We are in the A-Frame across the highway from the US Post Office.
