This spacious, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, ground floor condo is a secluded family getaway! Features include a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a private walk-out balcony, 1-full bath with a large soaker tub, a separate combination shower and sauna room, and second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a third bedroom with 2-sets of standard sized bunk beds, another full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, a large dining area, a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace, (firewood NOT provided) and an additional walk-out balcony with peek-a-boo river views. All this, plus great Snowater amenities, at a great price! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
